Karl Rove is chased out of UCSB by protesters after making a speech to promote his new book.
College Republicans and local conservatives paid for most of Rove’s 25-thousand dollar speaking fee. But more than 12-thousand dollars in mixed student fees and funds from the Associated Students reportedly help pay the rest including security costs.
