The rocket attacker on Kabul city was arrested, police said.

Two missiles landed in Kabul city this morning one of them near the Loya Jirga (Grand Assembly) tent.

A civilian is reportedly wounded while the Hezb-e-Islami (one of the armed opposition groups) claims more casualties in the attacks.

Kabul Police Chief Ayoub Salangi told reporters that the attacker was arrested in the southern part of Kabul city and is now under investigation.

Taliban had already threatened to attack the Jirga, but Hezb-e-Islami claimed the responsibility for the missile assaults.
