Energy Company Attacked By SF SC – Guest Post By Tom Doss

Thanks for your reply. I want to send you the attachment, letters of reference, before I go into full detail. I would like to show you what 25 people from all walks of life were willing to stand up before a Federal Judge and the SF SEC. This in no means captures the true character of Don Gillispie, but it is a start.
If you take the time to read this and would like to know more about the story please let me know. I will be more than happy to give you full details.
I have found that our side, ( conservatives ) seem to be intimidated by this liberal loon party. What a shame, I have found when we confront them they seem to look for weaker prey. I send this, to make you aware of what this administration does to promote their agenda.
You will see by the details of how they are trying to stay off the radar and fear the light of day. I called both circuit 9th district courts of Idaho and California to let them know I am going to give this as much publicity as possible, even over-seas. One of the SEC lawyers was heard to say if Gillispie gets a trial in Idaho he will win.
That’s what this is about, now since the subject of nuclear power seems to scare the hell out of most conservatives. It should be about the rights of all Americans to due process and protection from out of control unelected unregulated agencies. When I called the Circuit Court clerks I did not use the word alleged in the context of calling this admin criminals.
When an administration thinks they can use the power of unelected agencies to control business and people without regard to the constitution, it is a sign of a weak society. The hardest part of this story with the conservative base is the fact it is about nuclear power. There is still much ignorance about nuclear power on our side.
Sometimes I will tell people that when I get a chance to go back home I stay at the beach-front I wish I still had my 7 ‘6 swallow tail board. I like the sound of the surf and gulls along with all the beach activity. I especially like the sounds of the f16s flying low and slow down the beach, a sound of power and freedom. I love the fact that at any time we can send a floating airfield to any where in the world along with the stealth boat that patrols the ocean floors. Our side seems to forget these bastions of freedom have been running on the very power that they seem scared of.
This is the first independently owned and publicly traded nuclear power company in the US, maybe the world. It is also history making in the fact that it is also the first in the last 33 years to achieve a re-zone for the express purpose of building a commercial nuclear power plant. Despite the tactics of the SEC assult on the company this company achieved the last permit by a unaminous vote of approval after the SEC attack. There is much more to this story. I don’t know if you have any other contacts you may want to alert about this.
We don’t care if they are conservative or liberal, the first ones we are looking to help him get the light shone on this and get a trial, and the second one we just want them to know we are coming.
