Now I've been waiting, or rather suffering, and putting up with all this stupid COVID19 shit for a year now. All in the vain hope of having a good Christmas, drinking from morn til midnight. Having a nice Turkey dinner, sausages, Yorkshire puddings, and Spuds. As well as playing silly games and watching rubbish films with my family. 

It was all promised to us by BoJo the clown, our Prime Minister and Dear Leader, Boris Johnson. However at the last moment, during the week before Christmas, he puts my county into tier 4, and threatens the whole country with similar measures. 

Tier 4 is the most restrictive tier. You are not allowed people in or out of your home, you are not supposed to meet with more than one person outside at a time, and you are definitely not allowed to cross the bridge that is less than a mile from my home to the county my parents live in which is in tier 2 county, with less restrictive measures. 3 miles away they probably live, yet I cannot go an spend Christmas with them.

Is it any wonder people are starting to get pissed off with these stupid COVID laws that don't seem to be helping at all? 

In fact now we have mutations of the Coronavirus, just like all viruses mutate, such as the Winter flu. It's called evolution, viruses are so small that they evolve very quickly, it is a very provable piece of science if you are ever in a debate with a Creationist to bring up. Did anyone think that one rushed out vaccine would solve all our problems and stop our economy from tanking if only people just stayed inside and hid from the danger?

"A new variant of the coronavirus is spreading rapidly in England and raising international alarms. This new variant now accounts for more than 60% of the cases in London. And scientists say the variant is likely more contagious than previous versions of the virus."

When you get the Flu jab, it's made up from the most common forms of flu's around at that time of year. It won't protect you from other flu's. Many people are told every year NOT to even have the Winter Flu Jab as they could contract another form of Flu during the time your vaccine is working. Scroll down on the CDC website to the section titled "What about people who get a seasonal flu vaccine and still get sick with flu symptoms?"

This vaccine is even worse. Even if you get it, you can still catch the fruit bug, carry it and spread it to other people. So how does that help to get rid of it? We obviously can't so maybe we need to learn to live with it and not just hide away from it. Quote:

In Australia they had to stop the roll out of the vaccine because people were getting false positives on HIV tests. 

Imagine that. You go in for a total blood test, get told you have HIV and to contact any partners you may have been with to also get tested, only to find out that it's total BS and you don't have HIV after all. Antibodies generated by the vaccine ... were found to lead to some false positive HIV test results, the makers said.

Oh and you have to see this US Nurse on LIVE TV, gushing about finally getting the vaccine and then fainting and collapsing from the effects of it as she tried speaking. Inspires confidence doesn't it? 

Even the the head of Phizer who made one of the vaccines hasn't even taken it himself. Many people have wondered why not?

Apparently the reason is that he didn't take the jab himself as "he is 59 years old and in good health -- hence, it would not be appropriate for him to get the vaccine first". However it would have made younger people more willing to take it. Just allowing old people to take it who could easily die and have their deaths blamed on other causes doesn't really help drive up support for mass vaccination.

Personally in the UK, when I saw on the news the first recipient of the vaccine, an old lady take it, with young politicians behind her for the cameras it didn't really make me want to rush out and get it. If someone young had taken it, someone whom, if they had died, couldn't have had their death blamed on "underlying causes", I think it would have given people much more confidence in taking it themselves. 

Personally I would have loved to see the UK Health Minister take the vaccine right after the first women on the news when it was first rolled out. That would have given the populace watching more assurance in taking it due to their worries about no long trials having taken place like all other vaccines do. Instead they are having to use AI computers having to calculate possible death totals from the vaccination use. 

However despite all the problems we are having in the west with our response to the vaccine, my heart still goes out to the Americans who were just handed a measly $600 stimulus cheque, whilst the trillion dollar bailout was more about handing money to Israel for missile defence, millions to Egypt, money for Racehorse owners, and even a tax break that critics have termed the “three martini lunch” deduction. The provision, allows a company to fully deduct a business meal as a business expense. It was one of the biggest wealth transfers to the upper class rich in history. 

Jimmy Dore, is right on when he has started a movement to force the supposed progressives in Congress "The Squad", as they call themselves, to refuse to re-elect one of the most hated politicians in the USA, Nancy Pelosi, as speaker of the House unless a floor vote for Medicare for all is carried out. 

Who would vote against a bill to give people healthcare in the middle of a Pandemic? Tool and Fools, that's who. Politicians who don't want to get re-elected basically. It seems a simple win/win that progressives have been searching for in my eyes,

Trump wanted to, and still does want to, give everyone a $2,000 cheque but Nancy Pelosi, one of the most unpopular politicians ever, voted against this before the election as she didn't want people to thank Trump in the ballot box. However Trump is threatening to veto this bill due to all the wasteful spending and pork within it. In fact the bill is so full of pork we could all eat it for XMAS dinner.

However Pelosi seems perfectly happy in her million dollar house and thousand dollar clothes to call the $600 cheques "significant" whilst Americans are losing their jobs, and therefore their health care, and 2 million people are expected to lose their homes soon.

Many cities will soon be like Los Angeles where 30,000 people are now homeless, many of them living in tents at the side of the roads..

This is all occurring whilst big businesses carry on making millions from this pandemic, Amazon and Jeff Bezos being one, Bill Gates another, as well as many digital streaming companies like Zoom and Netflix. Amazon has seen a 37% increase in earnings and their revenues of $96.15bn were better than analysts expected. I wonder why.

If I had a time machine I would go back to the beginning of this year and put as much money as possible into companies that have grown due to the house bound populations around the world.

However what I want to know is how China has managed to become the only country to solve this COVID19 problem that supposedly originated from the Wuhan Germ Laboratory. People in Wuhan today are walking around mask-less, eating bats and other animals in their wet markets once again, all whilst the rest of the world suffers.

Does no-one else think it odd, that the only country in 2020 to actually grow their GDP has been China, the originator of the Wuhan flu? 

This chart is just a forecast however I am sure the figures are much worse, for us that is. For China who suddenly started buying up Western companies by the dozen as their share price fell through the floor, their GDP will be much higher than reported.

Even NATO has warned about the dangers of China buying up European and American companies on the grounds of national security. Their usual tactic is steal the designs, develop it and sell it cheaper back to the original purchasers.

However with the stock prices of major high tech companies diving the Chinese have been on a buying spree. This site suggests that China has bought 1,208 companies in this year. I cannot find a whole list without paying a subscription or hacking the sites code but I wouldn't underestimate that figure for a second.

Off the top of my head I know China now owns British Steel as well as numerous Greek, Spanish and Dutch ports, it already owns most Italian textile companies and this article titled "China Is Bargain Hunting—and Western Security Is at Risk" has a quote from the ex head of MI6, John Sawers, who warns about this Chinese buying spree:

"We need to do more to protect Western technology from being bought up by Chinese companies. I don't think it's an existential threat in the way the Soviet Union was in the Cold War, but nevertheless there is going to be deep rivalry over control of technology,” he reportedly said.

Now the questions I find hard to answer are these:

• How did only Wuhan get the Coronavirus in China, without it spreading it to other parts of China like Beijing and Shanghai, yet still managing to spread it to the rest of the world?

• How did China come up with a cure for this virus so quickly that whilst the rest of the world are spending Christmas alone or in restricted capacity, the people of Wuhan are walking around mask free with no fear of the disease?

Here's a "Coincidence Theory" for you that could explain it however far fetched you may think of it. 

Just remember if you trust Government you don't know history. So to all those people who say "We must follow the rules, the Government knows best", I say Bullshit. If you were living in 1930's Germany and Hitler ordered the German people to help round up and kill Jews would you still be saying the same thing?

So here it goes.....

The Chinese know that at the moment they cannot beat the USA in a conventional or nuclear war. It's MAD, literally. Therefore they planned an economic war which would increase their holdings of high tech Western businesses as well as killing a lot of people outside China. As many Chinese people are not allowed to leave their country for holiday's anyway there was little chance of them catching it abroad and bringing it back home.

Therefore they created the COVID19 virus at the same time as they created the vaccine for it. 

Then as the uncaring Communist organ harvesting, slave labour, Capitalists they are, an oxymoron if ever, they chose a town, Wuhan to experiment on. 

They blocked it off first from entry and for people leaving, apart from westerners on planes, and released the virus into the city to see how it would spread, how it would affect people infected with it as well as work out a death rate per capita of people infected.

If you look at this site which shows death rates from the COVID19 virus around the world, China is on the last page with a total death rate of 4,757 which works out at a tiny 3.4 deaths per million people, if you can believe their figures in the first place. 

However on the first page the countries with the highest death rates are the UK with 64,810 confirmed deaths, and the USA with 302,411. The UK has 969.71 deaths per million, and the USA 921.31, however at the top sits tiny Belgium with 18,178  deaths that work out at 1,582.89 deaths per million.

So to continue the "Coincidence Theory", the Chinese Government watched Wuhan for a while doing their studies, as soldiers dressed as doctors, or doctors dressed as soldiers, carrying AK47s patrolled the town ensuring people were locked down and not leaving their homes. 

They would obviously want to know how many people would resist orders to stay at home when starving, who would come to the hospital, how many people would commit suicide from the lack of socialisation and other various information they deemed important. 

All the while keeping this huge death city quiet from the West and downplaying death numbers once it had been revealed. They obviously wanted as many people to fly out of Wuhan to Western nations as possible, knowing that it took at least 14 days for symptoms to show up.

Then after a while they declared the flu to the world and let countries know that someone had eaten a bat which had caused the infection. Bats are one creature that can carry many viruses and infections but not be affected by them, obviously that means eating one is pretty off the chart crazy in the first place - if true. By the way there are many scientists who claim there is plenty of proof that the virus is man made > Wuhan Flu is man made.

After the long delay in letting the West know the "true" death figures from the virus, and watching happily as western companies stock prices plunged before buying them up for pennies as the previous GDP chart shows. They gave the people of Wuhan there own "magic" cure for the Coronavirus. 

As they had made the vaccine at the same time as the virus it was already stocked up and ready to roll out quickly. The people of Wuhan were cured within months, no other Chinese city was affected by the virus, and the Chinese Communist Capitalist Government started buying up Western companies all over the world, selling the breathing equipment badly needed by countries such as the UK, and the millions of cheaply made disposable masks they had already stockpiled ready for sale all made by their slave labour workforces.

Now they are in the enviable position of being able to say they cured the virus, and the people of Wuhan are no longer locked up, and whilst every other countries GDP has shrunk this year theirs has been the only one to grow. Strange, a coincidence or just a bat-fuck crazy conspiracy theory?

The fact that they waited so long before telling the world is one clue, the fact they went on a spending spree buying Western companies and infrastructure is also a clue. This is all whilst they sold the emergency equipment they knew infected Western countries would need by the millions and therefore profit from the spread of the disease being another.

You can quibble over whether it was man made and "escaped", or deliberately given to the population of a major city. However just as Mao would have not cared if 10 million people died in his reforms of the country. Their modern Chinese surveillance state, a self educating feedback loop system of social credit using shame as a form of social control is envied by the Globalists from the USA to Australia.

Whilst China is now recovered we are all slowly turning into a form of Chinese society with drones, Army on the motorways to stop unnecessary travel, Police raids on homes without warrants and fines for not obeying our leaders diktats. These are all being implemented as we speak around the world.

If you cannot see a police state being built up around you, with the COVID19 outbreak being used as an excuse you are either blind or dumb. 

Just yesterday the UK implemented new rules for the Police that have been condemned by some as an "over the top" response to the UK's unprecedented coronavirus lockdown today, as it emerged that Police officers have been given sweeping new powers to arrest people who go on "non essential" journeys and ignore Boris Johnson's plea to "stay at home" for the next three weeks. 

They are allowed to set up road blocks to stop and quiz drivers without justification, and are even using drones to chase dog walkers. Does this not sound like big brother to you? The same is happening in the USA, drones are being used to target people ignoring stay at home rules, and survey them from afar before police turn up and arrest them.

The COVID19 response seems as if it is being used to bring in the NWO, globalist, police state powers that people like Alex Jones and 2nd Amendment supporters were warning about in the 90's.

However today there is no need for the threat of a "Mark of the Beast" RFID chips under the skin, even though that is being discussed as a way to flag people if they have the virus, as well as track their movements. You can watch the video by Richard Dolan in my recent article on how the "4th Generation of Humanity" is turning us into China for more info on that subject.

However we don't need RFID chips to be imbedded inside us, instead we carry our smart phones everywhere we go and the Police and GCHQ can easily track our movements, or by using the "Track and Trace" apps many people have downloaded to those phones to extract personal data, find out who goes where, how often, and their connections to other people of "interest", just like the TV show Person of Interest, which showed the possibilities of an AI global surveillance system in action.

We may blame China for this outbreak but we should not turn into China as a response. 

We must learn to live with the virus just like all the other viruses that effect old people and those with underlying conditions more than the young without destroying our economy and letting small businesses die whilst huge monopolies like Amazon take over the world. 

Our pubs, clubs and social gathering spots are closing and soon Zoom will be the only way people will be able to socialise. 

I am willing to bet £100 to anyone here, that the threat of the virus and mutations of it will be used all of 2021 to constrain the publics movements, stop people socialising and use the constant push of fear porn from state propaganda news channels like the BBC to scare people into locking themselves up from the outside world. 

We were sold a bill of goods by our Dear Leader - BoJo, that the Vaccine was the answer, now it has become just stage one, you need a booster shot some weeks later after your first vaccination and then a third shot later on. 

Then just like the flu jab, we will be expected to get COVID vaccinations yearly, just like some people "choose" to have the Flu Jab. If China and all the DAVOS crowd start implementing their ideas that we should all have medical passports that show our COVID status, whether we have been vaccinated or not, and therefore could be prevented from travelling, or even going to sporting events, then COVID will have become the tool they either used as cover OR created to ram these measures through to control the populations of the globe. Something the rich and powerful have been wanting to do for eons. Therefore I am pretty sure that I will be sitting here alone again on Christmas Eve in 365 days.

That will be a very sad situation indeed and I really hope the UK does not turn into either China or the USA, who still has numerous privacy controlling, anti-constitutional laws like the PATRIOT ACT, NDAA, National Security Letters, and the ability for the President to start (but now apparently not end wars), to fight the terrorist menace. The same menace, al-Qaeda they blamed for 9.11 but have still sometimes armed and helped such as in Kosovo, Libya, Afghanistan (against the Soviets), and now Syria, that is when they are not denouncing them for being pure evil.

So as we enter the age of the permanent police state what can we really do apart from try and skirt the edges a bit. Throw your smart phone in a big tin foil lined crisp bag as the woman from the latest Terminator film does to prevent the GPS locator accurately locating you? 

Or just behave, salute as the Police pass you and follow every Government diktat no matter how stupid or useless, no matter how often they themselves break the laws they pass for us to follow?

Obviously the government is always using cutting edge tech way beyond our own reach to spy on us and our Internet usage. We can install apps like Peerblock to stop as many agencies as possible from seeing what we download, use VPNS to hide our true locations, proxy 3 ways with TOR to access banned sites, and use extensions that remove tracking cookies and code from pages before they are loaded in your browser. 

I have covered many of the ways we can mask our behaviour before but if the NSA want you, they will get you, just ask Julian Assange. Now being served up on a plate to the USA, for doing no more than what a true journalist should, after a kangaroo court in the Old Bailey.

How Compliant Our Population Has Become Due To COVID19

I have to say something about COVID19 that I have noticed over this hot sweltering summer in which I have been baking alive stuck indoors. That is when I'm not out in the car with air-con on. However either way it's pure stress.

I'm not telling people to break the law - god forbid- moi?

However before COVID in the UK, it was pretty standard for drivers to take the speed limits with a little bit of leeway. A 40mph stretch of road meant people drove at 50mph, 70mph on the motorway meant people pushed just under 100mph if clear. 

The randomly given if caught by the police speed tickets were just part of the life of being a driver. You just expected to get one every few years and that was the cost of getting about. If you had a sweet tongue you could maybe blag your way out of a ticket, that is if not snapped by all the road cameras plotted up on all our motorways now.

However since COVID19 every driver on the roads, at least, around my way seem so scared of being stopped by the police that they drive 5mph or more UNDER the speed limit at the moment. Either I am surrounded by gangsters disguised as students, young drivers and people with boots stashed full of illegal contraband, or something has happened to snap people into obeying every single little law that before COVID19 was open to a bit of a stretch. 

I was stuck on a clear straight bit of road last weekend on the way to a friends house and there were 2 cyclists at the front of a 7 car queue crawling along behind them at 15mph in a 40mph limit. The thing was there was no oncoming traffic and the car behind the cyclists wasn't some learner driver scared of overtaking, why they didn't just overtake them giving a wide berth due to no oncoming traffic I don't know, but I had to sit behind this queue for a very long time until I got up to them and just went around the pair.

I don't think I have ever seen so many compliant people jump on queue in my life. Not thinking for themselves and believing everything our Government says as gospel, despite half of their anti-COVID19 policies being half thought out, half baked and extremely expensive.

It looks like a 2nd spike is coming and we may get locked up again but then what did the Government expect would happen when they sent back all the kids to school, college and University?

Trying to tell a teenager to stand 2 metres apart from all his friends is pretty impossible anyway, so how do they expect 5yr+ kids to respect social distancing rules. Their new worry is the spread of the virus among young people and they are right. They are ignoring the rules and congregating in parks and woods late at night to have parties.

Every Sunday night for months now behind my pad in the local park there has been some kind of teenage drunken rave. You can hear the music for miles as well as the shouting and chatter. Where are the cops with their new superpowers to come and force them to disperse? I don't think I've ever seen cops even go into the park and in another local woods where they have been partying all summer I was having a walk the other day as the police just drove past groups and groups of teens all on their way to the "beach" by the lake where they were getting drunk, high and doing what youngsters do. 

Did I see any cop get out the car and ask them where they were going - nope. Cops don't seem interesting in using their new powers to break these disease spreading parties up but they are using them to ruin other peoples lives.

I have a new camera pointed at my pad from a neighbours window across the road at the moment. I thought the police would have got bored after they put one up on me for a year and saw nada, lucky I saw CID going into the neighbours house before the CCTV on me appeared. Now it's back. They are concentrating their efforts on people they suspect of X Y Z and FCKING NADA, at the moment. Using the COVID19 laws to monitor people of "interest" and the restricted movement of the population just helps them track us all so much easier.

Oh and the masks, how many fights have you got into over wearing or not wearing a mask? I had one the other week on the way to the chemist. It wasn't even my argument but a bloke in a shop with a mask was shouting and name calling someone I knew who hadn't put one on - supposedly if you have breathing related health issues you don't need to wear one but then are we all going to give our local shops our medical histories to prove what illnesses we may or may not have. Fuck no.

Anyway this argument was boiling over on a hot day and as I walked to the chemist with a mask and my glasses on, I got sucker punched by the man in the mask. The fact I was wearing glasses didn't seem to stop his desire to try and blind me. If he had wanted to square up I'd have been perfectly happy. Just let me take my mask and glasses off before I beat your hide. Instead I ended up chasing him into the shop with my mask still on and having a scrap for CCTV knocking the food over. Pointless fight, and not even my argument and I didn't even say anything to the other person despite knowing the man he was arguing with. That didn't stop him from trying to attack me, then I bet he didn't expect to get his ass whooped in public for attempting to blind me.

I was very surprised the cops didn't turn up but then they have more important matters to contend with like.... well to be honest I haven't seen many Panda cars around here lately, only undercover, so I have no actual knowledge what our uniform wearing tax paid workforce is doing to protect our health and safety. They certainly aren't helping to stop COVID spread by breaking up large groups of kids, I guess they are all working from home like many other companies are still doing.

The new normal. Empty pubs, favourite restaurant chains like Pizza Express closing hundreds of pizza joints, as well as cinemas and a new compliant scared population who are suddenly now sticking to every little law unrelated to the spread of COVID19. We used to have the balls to do what we wanted here now they seem to have castrated a nation.

I don't want COVID19 to spike again and cause another lockdown, but this isn't the Black Death which caused a third of all people in Europe to die in the Middle Ages. It's a horrible disease with all the markers of a man made virus let lose by some 3 letter agency or another that is just causing a higher rate of flu like deaths than normal. Or is it?

We have around 60,000 people die a year from blood clot related illnesses such as strokes, heart attacks and  pulmonary embolisms, 40,000 of these are hospital related. Stuck in a bed not being able to move as blood stops moving freely in your body isn't a good way to prevent clots. Then we have the usual causes of mortality rates such as:

-Cancer - 65,000 cancer deaths in the UK every year

-Heart Disease - 44,000 people under the age of 75 die every year. 

Then we have COVID19. So far in the UK there has been 358,138 Cases and 41,608 Deaths.

However many of the COVID19 deaths have been people dying from other causes, usually an existing condition and then if the body tests for COVID19 post mortem, they don't tick in the "died from heart attack" box but instead the "died from COVID19" box. Critics have said this about the way these stats have been massaged.

A one Dr Loke said the way Public Health England collects data means "no-one with COVID in England is allowed to recover from their illness".

"A patient who has tested positive, but successfully treated and discharged from hospital, will still be counted as a COVID death even if they had a heart attack or were run over by a bus three months later" he has wrote.

So if you get COVID, then get well again, before getting run over whilst blind drunk stumbling into the road. The way that the UK collects death rates means I won't be a victim of stupid drunkeness as I'm mowed down by a car but I'll be another death tick in the COVID tally box. That sounds like intentional fear mongering to me.

If we removed all these post COVID deaths, I wonder how low the death rates would actually be, 2/3rds a half, less than 20,000? 

I don't have all the stats to hand but it seems a very stupid way to count a cause of death. I once had DVT in my left leg 20 years ago. If I die tomorrow from jumping out my window, they wouldn't mark that up as another tick in the DVT death rate.

Just another example of the massaging of our populations levels of fear from this non black death, severe flu. If real causes of death were removed from their figures then it wouldn't be much higher than the annual death rate from Winter Flu in the UK of between 2,000 and 28,000., with on average 17,000 people dying from the flu annually in England between 2015 and 2019. 

This Corona-Virus maybe a much more severe and painful form of the flu but it seems that the figures are being manipulated to keep us all jumping in line with the government.

"Don't kill your Gran by getting the Coronavirus and giving it to her"  - I heard a government minister say on the radio the other day. I am sure many OAP's are scared of having their teenage, social distance ignoring Covid carrying, asymptomatic, teenage grand kids come and visit them. However they are more likely to die from another cause that is not currently being treated at the moment in our hospitals due to the COVID cases.

Got Cancer, Heart Disease, or had a stroke? Well it seems our NHS has put you to the back of the queue despite those issues having higher death rates than COVID. I heard my local hospital is practically empty on the wards as they are all being used for COVID.

Personally I have had 3 operations cancelled due to COIVD, two were for the chronic pain I suffer now on my own with no help, and the other an operation to reattach muscle and tendons to my bone that were ripped off when I broke my arm and it came out the socket so far it tore the flesh off.. 

Oh, and I had to pull my own tooth out due to no dentists being able to use drills, then when I finally got a dentist appointment they only put a filling on top of an infection in my jaw. Agony, yes, lots, my neck, throat, ear and tongue were causing so much pain I wanted to go to hospital, however I am on a 2nd lot of strong antibiotics with the dentist telling me I would have to go to hospital for an emergency extraction.

I wonder how long that referral would take. Would I get COVID from just being in the place. Who knows? If this is some man made plot to thin the herd as some say, then it's not really doing much of a good job with such low death rates.

However if this was a plot to get a compliant citizenry that won't even question the government and their Coronavirus policies and laws. It seems to be working. 

Driving used to be one of the few pleasures in life. Sitting in the middle lane as every car drives at 50mph on the motorway isn't a pleasure, it's a curse. 

Welcome to bend over UK. Where people take everything our incompetent government says as gospel despite all their mistakes over the virus. I mean how can we trust a Prime Minister who got the virus, probably from not following his own rules anyway?

Well I haven't written for some time. Not since the UK Lockdown since April due to COVID19. I actually think I got the "fruitbug" as I call it, 12 days after the UK lockdown started. So I will start with that.

Apparently this worldwide pandemic takes 14 days to take hold in the body so I probably caught it from any surface, door handle, shop door, or persons hand in the days before our Government implemented the lock down. Some people claim it was far too late, just as in America, but then I am constantly refused the flu jab in winter, due "to the possibility of getting ill", and we don't go into meltdown due to the 10,000 to 50,000 people who die a year from that. .

I do know the difference between a cough and a cold. On the Friday it started, slowly over the day my left lung got sore from the top, spreading down to the bottom by night time. Next day, my right lung was ok but my left wasn't, that isn't a normal chest infection with just one lung aching. Then my right side started hurting at the top and the pain moved slowly through the day to the bottom. The next day, I was coughing a lot, the next I had the sweats and a temperature.

Freaking out, yes of course I was. But then unlike certain people I don't watch "Fear Porn" news constantly all day about COVID19 death figures, how many people have died today, how much of a problem it is in Spain and Italy, and how we are all going to be in lockdown all year long.

I know there is a bug out there just like all the others that can kill you. From sexual diseases, to cancer, blood clots to brain damage, there are a thousand and one ways you can die and many more people die a year from smoking than will have from COVID19 this year.

However 3 days after both my lungs were hurting, the pain went and I was okay again. A weird chest infection or cold if ever, but hopefully it was a mild case of the fruitbug, and hopefully I got some sort of immunity from getting it.

Now after months of being told to not go out apart from emergencies, food, and an hours worth of exercise. With millions of people laid off work and put on the most basic benefit there is, Universal Credit. People are broke, scared and told conflicting advice from the Tory Government.

It must be a big shock for all those people on £50k a year who were let go, to live on roughly £400pm, and have to pay all their bills from that. The Treasury "borrowed" billions to allow companies to keep their staff on through furlough, using the money loaned out, at interest of course, from the Bank of England.

Why we have to have this "middle man" who can print money out of thin air, then loan it to the Government, admittedly at low interest rates, but still paid back with interest from our taxes, I don't know. It's to stop inflation, you just can't let a government print money, look at what happened in Zimbabwe or 1930's Germany comes the reply from many.

So why is it in the US constitution that only Congress can issue money, something that Abraham Lincoln did during the Civil War with his Greenbacks. This is a law has been ignored, and overruled by the creation of the FED. The Central Bank that is in no way "Federal", that was created in the middle of the night, planned by the big money men, and put into action by a woeful Woodrow Wilson. He said later about the passing of the bill that:.

"I am a most unhappy man. I have unwittingly ruined my country. A great industrial nation is controlled by its system of credit. Our system of credit is concentrated. The growth of the nation, therefore, and all our activities are in the hands of a few men. We have come to be one of the worst ruled, one of the most completely controlled and dominated Governments in the civilized world no longer a Government by free opinion, no longer a Government by conviction and the vote of the majority, but a Government by the opinion and duress of a small group of dominant men". - Woodrow Wilson, after signing the Federal Reserve into existence

 And from a governor of the Bank of England, created in 1694.

Well I think it's plainly in the interests of a few very super rich people and not the masses but then this isn't about fiat currency. Or the millions of English, Scottish, Welsh and Northern Irish who are surviving on benefits because their fat cat bosses like Richard Branson told them to take 8 weeks unpaid leave as he couldn't keep them on. They replied that he should sell one of his private islands. Of course he didn't.

Even the boss of one of biggest pub chains in the UK, Wetherspoons told his staff to go get a job at Tescos until the crisis was over. Bar staff aren't exactly paid a lot anyway, and the amount of pubs that I see in that are now Tesco or Sainsbury's local stores is amazing.

I even walked into an old pub I used to drink in when I came back from holiday only to find it was now a Tesco mini store. It is a dwindling industry admittedly, but only because the Chancellor of the Exchequer keeps adding VAT tax to the cost of Beer and Spirits sold in pubs, whilst super markets can get away selling 4 packs of super strong 8% cider (equivalent of 2 bottles of Red wine), at £5. Why pay almost £5 in a pub for a single pint when you can go into a local store and get the equivalent of 8 pints of low alcohol beer for the same price?

Now the lockdown is easing we are being told to go out and get Britain's economy booming again. Boris has gone back on all his scientific advisers advice about social distancing, not going on the Tube in London (one of the only ways for people to get around that city), and let Businesses decide what is in the best interests of their workers.

Yes Boris, I am sure money grabbing fat cats like Richard Branson and Mike Ashley care more about their staff than the money they make. Yet it is the Tories themselves, many of them large shareholders in big businesses hit hard by the drop in GDP, that want the economy to be weighed equally as the safety of the citizens. I wouldn't trust any born into money Etonian with shares across all major companies to think of my welfare before his bank balance.

Having to book up in advance and pay a deposit to go to a pub or restaurant is now the status quo. Who does that? Apparently half the people who book haven't been turning up, so the pubs, cinemas, restaurants and hospitality industry wants to charge non refundable deposits for people wanting to go out. That is not the way people behave here. We don't go, "lets all go to the pub.....next Saturday, I'll book us some seats now". People go on the spur of the moment, when they feel like drinking or eating, so if this is the case going forward we are going to see lots of business closing.

Hair dressers and Barbers are having a boom right now, making up all that money from long bearded, unshaven men and women needing their roots dyed. However other industries that Britain seems to excel in, such as Gambling, are going to see a lot of on street Bookmakers shut.

Can you imagine with all those months off, all their customers who would have been in the bookies daily, would have all found an online betting service like Betfair by now. They probably have seen it has better prices and offers bonus bets, and then wonder WTF they were doing in an over priced Bookies shop in the first place. There are going to be a lot of businesses closing in the near future and life may not go back to normal. That should be the scary thing we all think about.

I won't even go deep into the muck up Boris Johnson caused handling this crisis, catching the virus himself, and then using an NHS hospital, where he had 2 nurses sit next to him all the time 24/7, as a form of propaganda, and a way to make us all think about the poorly paid nurses and junior doctors. It was so bad we actually paid a 99 year old WWII survivor £15 million, to walk around his garden each day so that he could donate it towards the NHS.

I bet the other patients loved the special care he received whilst they coughed and choked to death. All so he could use the NHS as a reason for us all to stay home. We all love the NHS here and most of us believe staff are underpaid. However I have seen too many "Save our NHS, Stay home" adverts for a lifetime, and I don't even watch TV.

The mandatory Thursday night 8PM clap on your doorstep or window for NHS workers started off as a bit of community spirit but for me ended up as a "mandatory show of support", something the Community Thought Police would come and fine you for in a real Police State for not showing enough love for the NHS. The same NHS that Boris and his friends have been busy privatising on the sly, using COVID19 as their cover.

I don't want to get into an argument about who created or first had this virus. Was it economical warfare by China, who misled the West about the numbers of dead, letting the virus spread all round the world, but not outside the city of Wuhan.

It is strange that only one city in the 2nd most populous nation on earth got the disease badly and was locked down so quickly it didn't spread to the rest of China, only the rest of the world.

When the whole 1.3 billion people of India are locked down, most living in shacks with no running water or toilets, yet Beijing and Shanghai citizens are walking around freely as for some reason local towns to Wuhan didn't seem to get the bug, it does seem to strike a cord of conspiracy.

China has bought up many Western companies as their stock prices fell like a lead block from a skyscraper. However isn't that just what China does with all it's money anyway?

They look for businesses in trouble and going on the cheap and snap them up, just like they did with British Steel who once bought by the Chinese had plane loads of protective gear sent to the workers and the town, Scunthorpe, the steel works were located in. They had protective gear so that the workers could carry on working without catching the virus and PPE equipment for people working and monitoring the plant for any sign of the virus.

Was this by plan? A devious Chinese mission to destabilise the worlds economy and then buy up everything that slumped in the stock markets in the west at a 100th of the price. Or was it just their natural business mentality. I mean if you look behind who owns some of the big companies and docks in the USA and find a Chinese company owning it, you can in many instances link it backwards to the Chinese State or their Military, the real owners of once great Western businesses.

Another argument for "first cause" was that a US Army football team on tour from a germ warfare lab in Virginia USA, spread it to Wuhan in the first place.

Many people cite the fact that people in Japan had signs of the same virus before those in China. There are a lot of US bases in Japan and a touring football team infected with COVID19 would have spread it wherever they went.They even think the mass deaths that were linked to vape use last year in the USA were actually signs of COVID19 that were misdiagnosed.

I don't know. The Netflix series a few years ago in Chinese that talked exactly about COVID19 like symptoms and how it could be used as a bio weapon wasn't good to see but then the US military virus lab actually asked for COVID samples to be sent to them in the first place to test.

For me it doesn't really matter. It's the martial law like state we are now finding ourselves in that concerns me the most. These laws have been put on the UK's law books for 2.5 years without a murmur of resistance.

Not that you can protest, the law actually makes it illegal to protest against it in the first place.

Why is the law on our books for so long? 

Is it because our government believes the powers need to be on the statute books for so long as COVID19 is going to be about for another 2 years. Or is it more likely that these laws that give the police super powers to break into your place of residence without a warrant, just the "hunch" or an "anonymous tip" that you have people from other houses inside, or people with COVID19, they can just take your door down and raid you.

Did you get a text from Boris Johnson telling you to stay indoors at the beginning of lockdown. Did you give 10 Downing St your mobile no, or was it just GCHQ tracking all phone's in the country. Yes contract phones are linked to you as you pay a monthly bill, but burners, old phones you can take the battery out with no GPS tracking for police to track your location are different. I may have a burner, but I certainly didn't give my number to the government for random texts.

Who actually knows what he police have been doing during lockdown. I have read articles in papers about how London police are loving the lockdown as they can monitor "people of interest" and their movements much more easily.

Now you may not care if the police are tracking you. You have nothing to hide have you, why should you be bothered by the police being able to hack into your phone and view sexy texts to your girlfriend or wife. A dick pick shared amongst workers is nothing to worry about of course, nor are any photo's or texts you may have sent that you wouldn't dare show your boss, partner or children.

The police have basically been using the COVID lockdown, and the laws they got to fine people to hassle those of us who for whatever reason they don't like. Gone out more than once a day? Did you get 2 £30 fines for doing so without "reason". Maybe you have been good and locked yourself indoors for the whole hot steaming spring that the UK seems to always get before a cold wet summer..

The police have admitted in many articles that the lockdown has helped them monitor peoples locations from the "Spy/Smart phones" everyone carries now like an RFID chip in your arm. The new COVID laws have just made it easier for them to do what they did anyway without consequence.

I bet 99% of the UK population won't even remember in 2 years when it should come off the law books, even once COVID19 is long gone, to remember to ask to have our martial law removed.

Maybe the establishment is banking on it. New World Order proponents must be wondering how fast the whole world was forced into isolation, not allowed to move freely without being fined or jailed, be forced to take medicine against their will and all without a shot being fired. Even protesting against this law is illegal and can end up with you having on the spot fines, or even being taken to "isolation centres" if they believe you to have "an infectious disease".

As for the Police, they are loving the restrictions of movement at the moment due to the lockdown measures. In the UK alone they have stopped the import of drugs worth millions, and are now sending useless text messages to drug users telling them that all drug routes to their areas have been stopped and to call a phone number to a drug helpline. Yet there are no plans to re-open all the NHS Detox and Rehab centres that have been closed by the Tories since they took power. That is something that would actually help addicts, now without a way to get a fix and definitely without a spare £10,000+ to pay for a private rehab clinic.

As the National Crime Agency site says:

£300,000 cash was seized alongside cocaine worth £2 million in Gravesend by the joint NCA and Met Police Organised Crime Partnership on April 14; £90,000 seized at Dover as part of an NCA investigation on May 11; and £400,000 seized as a result of Border Force activity at Dover the following day. Our assessment is that Covid-19 restrictions have made criminal groups take additional risks in moving cash around. The closure of many cash-based businesses in recent weeks has robbed OCGs of an opportunity to stash or launder their cash making  it harder for criminals to conceal the proceeds of their crimes.

They haven't stopped there either, with the closure of a supposed encrypted phone called EncroChat, used mainly by big time criminals for a high monthly fee, with no GPS tracking and the ability to send messages that were wiped instantly after being read. European police have arrested many top criminals who were using the phone to set up drug buys, arrange hits and other criminal activities. They have also helped in the international seizure of 25 tonnes of class A including: two tonnes of cocaine seized off the coast of Panama; four tonnes off the coast of Spain and Portugal, and hundreds of kilos of heroin in Afghanistan and Pakistan.

You might be thinking, well done, lockdown has stopped the drugs coming into town. However what do you think an addict who NEEDS a certain drug but can only obtain weak, cut, watered down versions of it due to the lack of a reliable source is going to do. After 5, 10 maybe 20+ years on the drug, do you think they will OR can just stop?

People who were spending £50 a day on drugs, many of them workers are now having to pay up to £250 for something that cost only £100 a month ago. What about all the non workers, the people who beg, rob and shop lift or burgle to pay for their habits?

Are they just going to stop, no because no-one is offering them the detox and rehab they need at no cost. No they are just going to rob more, steal more, burgle more, and your car and house insurance is just going to rise and rise. That is the unintended consequence of cutting off major drug routes. It stops the drugs, but doesn't stop the people needing them, and needing to pay the inflated prices for them.

Hey ho, that's just a minor point no-one will probably care about, but I will leave this little post about COVID19 and how it has affected me, my friends, my local pubs and the lack of new films to watch whilst stuck indoors for now.

Instead I will leave you with a list of all the measures contained in the COVID19 law you will most likely forget about when it should come off the statute books in 2 years time.

Just remember that it's very hard to obtain freedoms and liberties from authority. 

They usually come from illegal acts, strikes and constant protests but it's very easy for Governments to remove these freedoms at the sign of a pen, especially if the people are willing to let them do it as they are now, scared and frightened and willing to do anything to not catch the killer bug. A bug whose numbers have been inflated by testing people who have died from existing conditions such as strokes and heart attacks and then ticking the box for a "COVID19 death", rather than the actual cause of death.

The emergency Coronavirus Bill was passed very quickly after 3 readings. It is now on the law books.

Read what the Government can now do to you and your freedom of movement due to the most draconian powers ever proposed in peace-time Britain.

• Forced detention and isolation can be of anyone, including children, and for any amount of time.
• Authorities can FORCEABLY take biological samples from your body.
• There’s no clear access to legal rights from as-yet unidentified isolation facilities.
• Powers last up to 2.5 years...why so long?
• Lockdown powers could prevent protests against measures.
• State surveillance safeguards weakened.
• Protections from forced detainment and treatment under Mental Health Act lowered.
• Cremations can be enforced against personal and religious wishes.
• Changes to the court system. Registration of deaths.
• No inquests into suspicious deaths! No requirement for any medical certification for burials or cremations!
• It also indemnifies the health service should they fail for what ever reason to provide care.
• The most frightening part is only one medical 'officer' is required to sign off on a "COMPULSORY TREATMENT ORDER" which means... in the real world you can be forced to accept medication or held down and injected with whatever is seen fit which is the biggest and worst threat to your own freedoms. Schedule 8 Pt1.
• Local Authorities will now be exempted from compliance with their duties under The Care Act 2014. Schedule 11.
• So if someone dies in police custody or any type of custody they can simply dispose of the body without any paperwork medical exam or certification or inquest.

To me it sounds like a Bilderberg / NWO dream Alex Jones probably warned us about in the 90's before being kicked off all social media last year. As for me I am just waiting still for the classification of my site so it can probably be removed as well. 

If no-one else is going to remind you of these laws and the unintended consequences of letting the Police run wild without the support for those MILLIONS affected by their acts being implemented. Then I will until the day I am booted.

How Google Listens To You All The Time & Why You Should Remove Google Chrome

If you read a recent article on speeding up your PC you might be interested in the fact that the other day I removed Google Chrome and now my PC is fast as road runner..

After removing Google Chrome I noticed an increase in page loading and application speed and I have switched to using 3 browsers instead Firefox, Opera and TOR Browser.

Not only has removing Google Chrome from my laptop has sped it up immensely but if anyone has been paying attention, Google is an evil company (they had to remove that it didn't do evil from their motto), that is hooked into nearly every smart phone measuring when you sleep, walk, drive, the current temperature as well as listening to everything you say just in case it wants to be helpful.

I cannot count the number of times that I have been watching a football match streamed from my phone to my TV and then Google pops up to ask "What would you like to know about Man UTD" or some other nonsensical question I didn't want it to help me with in the first place.

This obviously means it is listening to you ALL THE TIME, otherwise it would not know when to offer help.

If you read the Terms and Conditions on your smart phone then you will see under privacy, a mile down the long winded notes, a section about how they are allowed to listen to you and send off the content to "unspecified 3rd parties", content that "may" improve their service as well as helping these unspecified 3rd parties.

These unspecified parties maybe Google AdSense to show more relevant adverts by listening to the surrounding sound around the phone and then translating that to adverts you will see online.  

Or it maybe listening for more illicit speech that it can send local police enforcement or even the numerous 3 letter agencies in the UK and USA.

Will Binney from the NSA who was arrested for going public about the Prism program he had written and Edward Snowden had stolen to expose, told us about how he had designed it for spying on the Soviets in communist USSR. However once the cold war was over they flipped the script and used it to spy on US citizens illegally instead. 

If you read up on the web tech companies that were first involved in the unknowing spying on users, then they were Microsoft, Yahoo, AOL, Facebook, Google, Apple, PalTalk, YouTube, and Skype.

The UK was used as a test bed due to our lack of a real bill of rights or constitution and therefore we here in UK are rats roaming a maze designed by the NSA all so they can catch the right words and tell the correct authorities if need be.

The main problem is that you cannot remove all Google products from Android phones and trying to do so will probably break your phone. Google is ingrained into most smart phones and almost impossible to remove totally. If you want an app you go to Google Play Store and trying to remove that from your phone would be a huge hassle.

Therefore I have done the logical thing due to the slowness of my PC and removed Google Chrome from it. 

Not only has it sped up my laptop but it means Google searches are no longer logged and kept for years as I now use DuckDuckGo or TOR Browser to surf the net. 

Even the browser Opera has a mini "VPN" built into it which goes through a proxy computer before the site you wanted to visit, hiding your real IP address, and making you look like you are in Germany or Bulgaria.

Just try Opera and then go to this site https://manytools.org/http-html-text/http-request-headers/ and see what headers and IP address you are showing to websites and servers who are looking to log your devices details.

In another tab either type in the search box "Where am I now geo-IP" or just go to this link and you will see information like the results below when I just tested it with a new instance of Opera. My real IP is 86.164.1.XXX by the way.

However viewing my IP address on Opera with that search term or a header search reveals my location to be elsewhere from South East England. In fact they show me to be in the Scandinavian region of Europe with an IP address of 77.111.247.188.

However if you don't care about Google working with the NSA and GCHQ and listening to you all the time through your phone and just want a faster PC, try removing Google Chrome from your machine and using another browser instead.

Opera's "VPN" may not be a real VPN but rather just a proxy server it passes your data request through before displaying the page you want, but it is better than nothing.

Having a real VPN installed on your PC is a much better idea if you can afford it and you can set your VPN to have the IP address of the country you want. This is helpful if you are in a country that shows a limited selection of Netflix or Amazon Prime videos. With a VPN you can pretend to be in the country you want to be and access more content. If you are interested in this then read this article.

However whatever you want to do with your VPN you should still remove as many Google and Microsoft products from your PC, Phone and tablet as that is a good start to stop being listened and recorded constantly.

Whether you agree with the first amendment or not everyone has the right to say what they want whether you agree with it or not. However this is not what happened in Charlottesville.

This group of Patriots, some black, men, women, and no NEO-NAZI's, explain how the Police of Charlottesville stood back, and allowed the chaos and attacks on both sides to ensue.

They talk about stones, spray filled with chemicals and other weapons that were used on them from the Black Lives Matter protest to occur, without any help or arrests from the local Police.

People were pepper sprayed for asking for help. One man was threatened with arrest for climbing over the defined route lines and asking the Police for help.

Whether you like the Patriot Movement or not, they are believers of the first amendment and even though, as on of them says, they disagree totally with what Black Lives Matter has to say, they agree with their right to say it.

To go alongside my festive Metropolitan Policeman's Christmas Card from last year I thought I would print this lovely picture that I just saw on Google+.

Obviously photo's like this do nothing to help the already stained image of our police force.  

An unarmed woman is being chased by a Robocop suited angry cop waving his baton in a striking motion.

I am sure the woman has just asked this friendly cop where the nearest public toilets were or if he could help her find her lost puppy. It had to be something horrible like that to cause such a violent response in the cop. 

Personally I just cannot think of anything that would have enraged this cop so much that he would try to attack her in such a way that could permanently damage her depending on if and where the baton struck her. 

Those extendable metal truncheons hurt you a lot if you get hit by them. If you get hit round the head you could possibly die from the blow as many people have.

Ian Tomlinson an innocent bystander in the 2009 G20 protests in London was hit around the legs by a cop with such a truncheon and he shortly died afterwards from a heart attack. The inquest into his death found that he had been unlawfully killed.

The policeman who had hit him Simon Harwood was charged with manslaughter and was dismissed by the Metropolitan Police for gross misconduct.

The Metropolitan Police settled a civil action by Tomlinson's family by issuing a formal apology for its "use of excessive and unlawful force" against Tomlinson, and agreed to pay an undisclosed sum in compensation.

I have to ask what possible act could this lady have done to enrage a policeman so much that he thought it was necessary to chase and attack her with an extendable metal truncheon?

It's probably standard operating procedures for our now police state enforcers. Dare to defy the overlords and face the consequences serfs!

Help Stop Clare's Law being a woman only law - make all UK Law equal to Men and Women by writing to your MP!

If you read my latest article you will know I was a bit annoyed about the new Clare's Law which was being brought into the UK nationwide.

This law would let women ask the local Police for any criminal history about their new partner. The new law would not apply to men who make up 40% of all domestic abuse victims.

The disturbing thing about this law is that it divides our judicial system into a sexist one where one law exists for men and another for women.

Also the police are able to give out "suspicions" and "allegations" to the inquisitive woman which might not be truthful or correct.

How many vindictive women are out there which would claim that their ex partner beat or abused them because they are upset or jealous that they split up?

I don't know, but I do know that we have had multiple recent court cases where women have been prosecuted and sometimes jailed for making false claims of rape against men. The most recent one being the case of Natasha Foster who was jailed for 3 years for making up a claim of rape against an ex boyfriend.

Therefore if you think this new law couldn't in any way affect you then think again.

Not only could your current partner lie and make a false claim of abuse but just by alleging an offence took place, even if it didn't result in a court case, it could still be treated as an "allegation" serious enough to be given out to future partners.

Also old crimes that should be "spent" after a period of time under the 1974 Rehabilitation of Offenders Act will still be eligible for the Police to give out to future partners even if the crime happened many years ago. This goes against the whole point of the 1974 law as the crime is not even supposed to be on your record any more.

This turns the whole concept of our criminal justice act on its head. Supposedly, under this law, once you have spent your crime you are "rehabilitated" and therefore allowed to not mention it on job application forms of other legal documents that ask about criminal convictions.

This new Clare's Law, like the Criminal Records Bureau checks before it, have totally negated the nature of the 1974 Rehabilitation of Offenders Act and could throw any chance of rehabilitation away for ex-offenders.

For example if you had a fight with a man 20 years ago this should supposedly be "spent" and no longer on your record. You should be able to apply to jobs and not even mention the event.

However under Clare's Law the police could give this information out if they felt it was "relevant". This in itself is leaving a very important matter up to a low-level Police officer rather than a Judge or Magistrate.

Here is what is "supposed" to happen when you have committed a crime and then "spend" it by passing a specified length of time which is dependant on the seriousness and nature of the offence.

I quote directly from the Home Offices own page on the law:

Subject to subsection (2) below, where an individual has been convicted, whether before or after the commencement of this Act, of any offence or offences, and the following conditions are satisfied, that is to say—

(a)he did not have imposed on him in respect of that conviction a sentence which is excluded from rehabilitation under this Act; and

(b)he has not had imposed on him in respect of a subsequent conviction during the rehabilitation period applicable to the first-mentioned conviction in accordance with section 6 below a sentence which is excluded from rehabilitation under this Act;

then, after the end of the rehabilitation period so applicable (including, where appropriate, any extension under section 6(4) below of the period originally applicable to the first-mentioned conviction) or, where that rehabilitation period ended before the commencement of this Act, after the commencement of this Act, that individual shall for the purposes of this Act be treated as a rehabilitated person in respect of the first-mentioned conviction and that conviction shall for those purposes be treated as spent.

Therefore after my earlier rant I wrote to my local MP about this matter and I got a response back telling me that he will raise the matter with the Home Secretary.

Here is the letter I received:

Therefore I suggest anyone else, male or female, who is concerned about our whole criminal justice system being split into two - one for men and another for women, complain to their MP, or directly to the Home Secretary ASAP.

Can I enquire about the introduction of the new "Clare's law" which is apparently going to be rolled out across the country.

From the news reports it seems that this law is only going to apply to women even though a reported 40% of victims of domestic violence are now men.

I quote directly from a report made from Home Office statistics which was reported in the Observer > http://www.theguardian.com/society/2010/sep/05/men-victims-domestic-violence

"About two in five of all victims of domestic violence are men, contradicting the widespread impression that it is almost always women who are left battered and bruised, a new report claims.

Men assaulted by their partners are often ignored by police, see their attacker go free and have far fewer refuges to flee to than women, says a study by the men's rights campaign group Parity.

The charity's analysis of statistics on domestic violence shows the number of men attacked by wives or girlfriends is much higher than thought. Its report, Domestic Violence: The Male Perspective, states:

"Domestic violence is often seen as a female victim/male perpetrator problem, but the evidence demonstrates that this is a false picture."

Data from Home Office statistical bulletins and the British Crime Survey show that men made up about 40% of domestic violence victims each year between 2004-05 and 2008-09, the last year for which figures are available. In 2006-07 men made up 43.4% of all those who had suffered partner abuse in the previous year, which rose to 45.5% in 2007-08 but fell to 37.7% in 2008-09."

Therefore can I ask you the following questions:

-Will men be able to find out if potential new female partners are violent and in this age of supposed equality surely any law should be equally applicable to men and women?

-What actual information will be given out to women enquiring about their partner?

-How does this new law effect the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 in which convictions are supposedly "spent" after a number of years. For example if I was arrested and convicted for a street fight against another man when I was 18 will that information be given out?

-What about if a women had made a false claim of rape against me which led to no charge or conviction? From the reporting it seems that even "accusations" true or not can be given out. How would that effect men who have been falsely accused of rape or other violent crimes.

-How are you going to handle "deliberate" misleading reports of domestic abuse by former partners who are upset that their relationships have broken up. I can see no better way for an annoyed ex to get back at me than claim to the Police that I hit or abused her and therefore ensure any future partner I might have could be told about it. It could potentially ruin relationships and allow manipulative women to purposefully ruin lives.

Also I would like to state that in a country where we are all supposedly innocent until found guilty the only way guilt is proven is by a conviction in a court of law.

Therefore giving out "accusations" and "rumours" goes against a supposed long standing maxim of our country that all are equal under the law until proven guilty.

Can you please ask the Home Secretary how she can claim we live under the rule of law when it is not applied equally to all?

Surely in this day and age of female equality when websites exist that let women brag about beating men up > http://www.likelike.com/pollcommentary/2408 we should all be equal under the law, rather than having two sets of laws dependant on the sex you are born as.

Hopefully if enough of us can get questions raised in Parliament or MP's actually thinking about the consequences of their new laws they may think again.

I have no problem with sensible measures to protect women from horrible domestic abuse.

However any law in a democratically country should be equally applied and it should not negate previous laws in doing so.

Please help our politicians understand this.
