The Sanctions Hit Home, Not In Russia Though!

As I said in my last article, the Sanctions on Russia are getting stupid. They are only hurting the people in Europe, who have been roped along by the Biden hawks who want to extend the war in Ukraine as long as possible. They are not actually hurting their intended target Russia but causing more pain for those actual countries implementing the sanctions.

Whilst Biden tries to pull the wool over Americans' eyes by claiming the high inflation that was already rising before Russia's war, is "Putin's Price Hike", the cost of weaning ourselves off Russian gas is going to be a long and costly one. 

We cannot just build 10 Nuclear Power stations in the snap of two fingers, we announced the building of 10 in 2010, but work has only just started on the first one, being the first nuclear station to be built in 20 years. How long do you expect our slow Government and all the NIMBY's slowing down building, to take to actually build all these power stations or wind farms to replace Russian gas?

Inflation from higher gas prices, which OPEC is not helping to balance out by drilling more is already being seen in our supermarkets and petrol stations. US President Joe Biden has been pressuring Saudi Arabia and Venezuela, both OPEC members, to increase oil production as a means to bring down prices. So far OPEC member states have declined to do so, however, if Biden wants to wean Europe off Russia's cheap gas then he better get a plan in motion as we cannot swap from pipelines to alternatives so quickly.

The cost of a litre of petrol in the UK is already around £1.70 (or $10.04 per gallon), food is missing from shelves due to the majority of fertilizer and grain coming from the "breadbasket of Europe", or the rubble of Ukraine, as well as Russia and Belarus.

These sanctions are pushing up heating and food prices for the poorest in Europe and Germany has even already started discussing rationing fuel because of its dependence on Russian gas. Something that Russia is now demanding must be paid for in roubles, a retaliatory act to the huge amounts of sanctions EU countries have put on Russia.

Russia's most senior lawmaker said on Wednesday Russia could demand rouble payments also for other commodities including oil, grain, fertilisers, coal, and metals, raising the risk of recession in Europe and the United States. Western countries have said payment in roubles breach contracts that can take months or more to renegotiate, a prospect that has driven commodity prices higher. 

However, aren't the removal of businesses and companies from Russia not breaches of contract also? Is this not the most hypocritical thing for us to accuse Russia of, especially when we have frozen Russian foreign reserves, which will cause a Russian debt payment default if they are not allowed to pay in rubles?

We are in the midst of an economic war with Russia, something Russia already considers a "real act of aggression", and if we don't tread carefully we could easily find ourselves starting a real war with Russia, not just a proxy war. 

The US see's this war as a way to pull the EU away from Russia, and to make Europe more dependent on US exports rather than Russian ones. However, in doing so they have just turned Russia eastward and expanded their trade with the massive nations of China and India who have yet to condemn Russian actions in Ukraine despite pressure from the White House. Plus "friends" of Russia, such as India have been offered discounts on the price of Russian gas, an offer too good to refuse apparently.

These neo-cons don't care about the people of Ukraine, they want the war to last as long as possible so that they can destroy Russia, a move that many have been thinking about for a long time.

It was clearly on the cards when the Soviet Union fell and Putin first asked to join NATO only to be denied. There were hopes Russia could join after 9.11 when Putin offered George W Bush all the help in defeating terrorism, but that was a road not taken.

Is it any wonder the Russians have had this feeling of persecution from the west through rounds and rounds of sanctions, as NATO crept further closer and closer to their borders, breaking promises made in the 80's. Now they can clearly see that the whole Western world is against them and waging economic warfare with them due to their war with Ukraine, something that they believe is extensional in nature. 

Believe it or not, Putin is quite a dove in the Russian regime, there are many more politicians who are far more hard-line, Dmitry Medvedev, the stand-in in President for a while, is certainly much more hawkish towards the west than Putin. 

Petrol prices at Garages are at an all-time high due to Europe's reliance on cheap Russian gas, which won't stay cheap forever. I certainly don't understand why, when we are engaged in a war of Economic attrition with Russia, why they just haven't turned the gas pipes off to Europe and left us in the cold and dark by now. It would be the retaliatory act that would make the most sense and also bring us to our knees.

Russia can certainly bite the bullet that the loss of sales of gas to Europe would take, their ruble is now on the rise and back to the exchange rate it was before the war started. With the stealing of Russian foreign reserves from non-Russian banks, there is no need for the people in Russia to hold foreign currency, which is keeping the ruble afloat. 

Economists may be wishing for a crash in the Russian economy but it seems that we are the ones who are suffering high inflation, higher energy costs, and a lack of basic foods that only come from Ukraine and Russia.

 

If people thought the sanctions were going to somehow cause an uprising in Russia, that the common man would overthrow Putin they have got it wrong. The feeling in that country now that they have seen the Russophobia by the Western elites, banning everything Russian that they can imagine, just has proved what Putin has always said to his people. That the west hates Russia and wants to destroy the country.

Now the whole country is apparently behind the war, their suspicions about the west have been proven right with all our sanctions on them, and Putin is riding a wave of popular support. In fact, he is going to be in more trouble if he doesn't finish this war as the people expect him to, rather than stop it without accomplishing the goals he set out when invading Ukraine.

To remind those people who thought the execution of Zelenskyy and invasion of Kyiv were the aims I remind you what they actually were. 

To ensure that Ukraine would never join a western alliance such as NATO or the EU, the liberation of the Donbass region and the breakaway states who have been fighting a vicious civil war since the US Maidan coup in 2014. Plus the de-militarisation of Ukraine and especially the destruction of the various NAZI brigades who have been posting films of captured Russians being tortured and killed. 

Also in POW exchanges with Ukraine their men have seen to be clearly castrated "like the cockroaches they are". This was admitted by, one doctor on TV as you can see in the following video and no it is not a Russian hoax. The doctor may have walked back his admission as an "emotional outburst" but the proof has come from the returned Russian soldiers who have been castrated.

Just posting videos of captured soldiers on the battlefield, is breaking Geneva conventions, and no doubt both sides have committed war crimes, however, it is Ukraine that is winning the social media war, and their spreading of videos, allowed by YouTube, despite going against their own TOS, of Russian POW's being abused, beaten, shot and left to bleed to death are crimes that would have certainly stoked up Russian emotions and ensured any Ukrainian soldiers involved in such acts were treated just as badly.

The Russians seem to have split Ukraine in half, as ex Iraq WMD inspector Scott Ritter said in a previous show on the Duran, the whole 40-mile tank line towards Kyiv managed to keep the eyes of the world, and 70% of the Ukrainian forces in the capital to defend it. 

This despite the fact that the Russian's main objective from the beginning, as Putin, Lavrov, and a few legitimate commentators who have not been peddling the lies from the US in their "propaganda war", was to free the Donbass breakaway territories in the East of Ukraine and de-NAZIFY the country. 

Even the USA admits it has been lying about the war in Ukraine, creating false narratives about chemical weapons attacks, Russia asking China for military aid, or staging a false flag attack. 

It is all part of "setting the narrative", and you can see in the following video from Jimmy Dore, how an ex LA Times reporter who was sacked when it was found out he worked for the CIA pushing their disinformation, is now NBC News "intelligence reporter".  He plainly admits that the USA is planting fake stories to "get out ahead of the Russians" even when Russia had no plans to do the things the US Government and Intelligence agencies claimed they were going to.

The distraction ploy has worked wonderfully Scott Riter said, describing how the "re-capturing" of Kyiv suburbs by Ukrainian forces, were just ants moving around on a map, and the Russian's keeping the main Ukrainian army stuck in the west of the country as they surrounded the Eastern Ukrainian army in Donbass.

The Russians have encircled the Eastern Ukrainian forces, along with many suspected UK and French mercenaries, as well as the NAZI Azov brigade which they wanted to destroy, and have gone about the business of taking apart this army. 

Apparently, in recent days the remnants of the army in the factories of Mariupol have complained about being left to die or surrender by their Commander in Chief, the actor, Zelenskyy, who whenever pictured in Ukraine seems to be surrounded by "Right Sektor", far-right nationalists, not as noted bodyguards but seemingly more as a prisoner.

For those people still claiming that there is no NAZI problem in Ukraine I give you this picture of all the headlines from before the war that talked about the influence of neo-NAZI and far-right nationalists in Ukraine.

 

Also you can read this article about how the Ukrainian President, who is Jewish, has tight links with the far-right Russo-phobic gangs who committed many atrocities in Donbass after the US coup of 2014. It says

"Amidst the ongoing military confrontation with Russia, reports have emerged proving that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy is seeking to appoint the far-right Serhiy Sternenko as head of Ukraine’s Security Service (SBU) in Odessa, in an attempt to further his alliance with neo-Nazi forces. As the former head of the neo-Nazi Right Sector in Odessa, Sternenko was directly implicated in the 2014 Trade Unions House massacre of 46 people. He is a convicted criminal and currently under investigation for murder."

In a statement published on Facebook a couple of days ago, the 36th Marine Brigade, who have been defending Mariupol said that “Today will probably be the last battle, as the ammunition is running out… It’s death for some of us and captivity for the rest.”  

I don't know who is really running things in Ukraine, but it is clear that whoever is, are making good use of Zelenskyy's talents as an actor with every interview and plea to Western governments he makes. 

The Russians obviously want to keep him as the President of Ukraine due to the legitimacy he has gained during the war. They want to be able to sit down with him and agree on terms of surrender and not have a Ukrainian government in exile, run by the US State Department, continuing the proxy war.

Every time, he makes a speech by ZOOM to a western government, he seems to have a common playbook that he reads from. Each country he has spoken to has had some heroic battles or wars in the past, and he likes to refer to them as if each speech is a copycat of previous ones, only with the country-specific parts changed.

Only the other week, Zelenskyy talked about the spirit of the Americans as they came together after 9.11, and in London about Winston Churchill during the Blitz. However, he made 2 big mistakes, the first was when he spoke to the Israeli parliament and mentioned the holocaust. The Israeli Knesset called it "outrageous", and several MKs harshly criticized Zelensky for drawing comparisons between the Holocaust and Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, and seemingly ignoring some Ukrainians’ complicity in the Nazi-led genocide.

His second, was when he made a speech to the Greek parliament and mentioned the tale of the 300 Spartans at the Battle of Thermopylae - see what he is doing?

However his speech was overshadowed by the inclusion of a video message from the far-right militia group, the Azov Battalion, that was addressed to lawmakers. A video of an Azov Battalion’s soldier triggered the reaction of opposition parties as well as influential members of the ruling New Democracy party.

“The speech of members of the neo-Nazi Azov Battalion in the Greek Parliament is a provocation. The absolute responsibility lies with the Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis. He talked about a historic day, but it is a historic shame. The solidarity with the Ukrainian people is a given. But the Nazis cannot have a say in Parliament,” Syriza leader Alexis Tsipras posted on Facebook. Similarly, former Prime Minister Antonis Samaras said allowing this video to be broadcast in the Greek House was a “big mistake”.

So some of Zelenskyy's tailored speeches are not going down as well as he hoped, and I am sure his acting coach and producers of the Ukrainian proxy war aren't happy with all the right-wing elements he surrounds himself with. 

However, as Russia is losing the propaganda war both on social media, and with the made-up US lies about its actions during the war you might want to watch a show where intelligent people discuss the reality of the situation without bias. 

The Duran is a great YouTube show for foreign policy issues and whilst people claim Russia has decimated whole cities, it is clear from their live chat with a journalist in the middle of the conflict that the Internet must still be working, as well as electricity and water from the number of coffees he makes during the show. I doubt you would have been able to get such a live stream from the early days of the war in Iraq.

So if you want to get some real factual analysis around the sanctions war, their effect, and what political moves are going on to extract secret French & British mercenaries left to die in the factories of Mariupol, with secret talks going on to rescue them, and Germany sending the Austrian Chancellor to Moscow on a supposed secret talk with Putin and the outcome. I highly suggest you spend some time watching the following video.

Russia Recognises Breakaway Ukrainian Republics

Putin Sends Russian Troops Into Ukraine As "Peacekeepers"

Late on Monday night 21st February 2022, Russia's leader Vladimir Putin, after pressure from both the heads of the breakaway Ukrainian Republics, and the Russian parliament, recognised the two breakaway Republics in Eastern Ukraine, Donetsk, and Luhansk, as independent sovereign nations, saying that it was an act that was overdue.

The leaders of the self-proclaimed Donetsk and Lugansk People’s Republics, Denis Pushilin and Leonid Pasechnik, had both asked Russian President Vladimir Putin to recognize the republics’ independence from Ukraine.

"On behalf of all of the people of the DPR, we are asking you to recognize the Donetsk People’s Republic as an independent, democratic and social state based on the rule of law," Denis Pushilin said.

Leonid Pasechnik added: "With the goal of preventing mass deaths among the republic’s civilian population, some 300,000 of whom are Russian citizens, I’m asking you to recognize the sovereignty and independence of the Lugansk People’s Republic."

Both leaders also suggested signing a treaty on friendship and cooperation with Russia, which included military cooperation.

This came as the 8-year civil war in Eastern Ukraine between the breakaway Republics and Western Ukrainians continued with heavy shelling along the contact line between Ukrainian soldiers and Russia-backed separatists, whilst thousands of people were being evacuated from eastern Ukraine to Russia, some of whom had apparently been paid $130 worth of Rubles to do so.

The shelling occurred despite the massive build-up of around 150,000 Russian soldiers along the border, and with warnings from NATO, the USA, and the EU, about heavy sanctions and dire consequences if they dared to invade Ukraine. 

The civil war has seen over 14,000 people killed and many atrocities committed by both sides. This has included the downing of the Malaysia MH17 flight, which saw 283 people killed including 80 children, and 15 crew members, and the burning down of the Odessa Trade Unions Building, where at least 36 separatists were burned to death by far-right nationalists. 

Frequent heavy shelling by the western forces and far-right militias have seen many towns in the breakaway republics reduced to rubble, with schools and even kindergartens struck by rockets, sometimes deliberately, such as this one in the settlement of Stanytsia Luhanska.

Speaking as part of a televised address to the nation on Monday evening, the Russian President, Vladimir Putin, signed the decree recognising the republics as independent states. He said that:

“I deem it necessary to make a decision that should have been made a long time ago to immediately recognize the Donetsk (DPR) and Lugansk (LPR) People’s Republics.” 

This came in a speech he gave in which he listed multiple reasons why the republics in the Donbass region of Ukraine should gain independence. These are the regions that have been fighting a war with the far-right Ukrainian government forces, that the USA helped install in the Maidan coup, during 2014.

Putin spoke about the regime now in control of Ukraine in which he slammed them for "extreme nationalism", "Nazism" and "Russophobia" pointing to the shutting down of Russian-language news outlets and laws he said that discriminated against Russian speakers in Ukraine..

The head of state also alleged that Kiev is sending saboteurs to target Russian infrastructure and attempting to "drag foreign states into conflict with our country". He also said that Ukraine's ambitions to join NATO would mean an "immediate threat of attack against our country." 

This decision was met with massive celebrations across the Donbass region of Ukraine with firework displays and Russian flag waving which you can watch on this link.

This comes after a period in which Russia had been trying to negotiate security terms with NATO over their constant expansion despite being a Cold War alliance, which both Russia and China have noted, is a war that is long over. Russia wanted assurances that NATO would deny membership to Ukraine and any other former Soviet countries, as well as to roll back the alliance's military deployments in Central and Eastern Europe.

This was not something NATO agreed to, and it set off the latest in a long line of developments which saw a massive build-up of Russian forces on the border of Ukraine, western nations removing diplomats and warning citizens to leave the country, and then yesterday the events that led to the UN Security Council meeting held late Monday night.

The day started off with news from Russia that FSB agents had stopped and killed five members of a Ukrainian sabotage group by FSB border guard forces for attempting to illegally cross the Russian border. This was either a ruse by NATO to goad Russia into attacking Ukraine, or the "false flag" attack that the US/UK Axis of War had been talking about for weeks. Either way, it has seemed to create the excuse that Russia has used for its actions.

Earlier in the day Putin reportedly told his security council it was "necessary to consider an appeal from the leaders of two breakaway regions in eastern Ukraine for Russia to recognize them as independent.", Putin had called the situation in Eastern Ukraine where fighting continues, a genocide and he considered the people of Ukraine part of Russia's heart and soul.  

"I would like to reiterate that Ukraine is just not our neighboring country. It’s an integral part of our history, culture, and spiritual space...they are comrades, dear ones, not just colleagues, not just those who used to serve in the army but also relatives. Those who tied up with us in family and blood ties."

He went on to criticize the US-led coup that has started this whole situation on his border: "Those who seized the power and keep the power in Kiev we demand to stop hostilities immediately. Otherwise, all responsibility for the possible continuation of the bloodbath will be on the consciences of the regime that is ruling in Kiev."

These were Putin's words as he later signed a historical document to recognise the two breakaway regions as independent statelets, defying western warnings that such a step would be illegal and kill off long-running peace negotiations.

While the treaties of friendship and cooperation between Russia and the newly recognized republics of Donetsk and Lugansk are still in the draft stage, the Russian State Duma still released the proposed documents on Monday, showing that they will include common defense against external aggression and the right to use each other’s military infrastructure, among other things.

However after the treaties were signed, Putin ordered the Russian military to “secure the peace” in the newly recognized Donetsk and Lugansk republics, and Russian troops started pouring into the regions.

Now we don't know what is going to happen next apart from a few things but I do hope the West, especially here in Europe where we are facing, rising heating costs doesn't do something stupid like stopping the Nordstream2 pipeline that has been built to bring extra and much-needed gas to Germany and Europe, without going through Ukraine. 

Their existing pipeline that runs through the country has been a constant source of grief between the two countries as Russia has constantly complained that Ukraine is not only stealing gas but owes them money for gas they have not paid for. 

Russia cut off the gas for a few days back in 2006 and 2009, after Russia accused Ukraine of diverting £14.5 million worth of gas intended for other European countries, and we ALL felt it. We do not want that to happen again.

Gazprom, Russia's state energy group, cut natural gas deliveries to Ukraine on 1st January 2009 after a long dispute over unpaid bills and prices for this year's supplies, and their chief spokesman, Sergei Kupriyanov, said Kiev is now threatening deliveries. 

"The Ukrainian side has openly admitted that it is stealing gas, and it is not even ashamed of this fact."

Last year, gas delivered to Europe through Ukrainian pipelines fell by 25% and fears of further disruptions have ramped up with the buildup of Russian troops near the Ukrainian border.

However, if Europe does not want Russia's gas, China certainly does and they have already signed a 30-year contract for Russia to supply China natural gas and will use euros instead of US Dollars for payment.

I think Russia would only be too happy to start delivering gas we could have had to China instead. Due to their close relationship and recent cutting down of transactions in US dollars from 90% to 51% in 2019, any financial sanctions put on Russia for this move will probably be negated by the fact that the world still needs their gas. 

Not only does the US buy Russian gas and oil (12-26 million barrels per month in 2021), as well as Europe, but as retaliation to any sanctions, Russia could also close their airspace to Western planes, quit the International Space Station, and decrease their use of the dollar for financial transactions even more.

The BRICS grouping of Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa have already announced that the new BRICS New Development Bank will move away from using US dollars in loans, and will introduce the BRICSPay system to allow nationals of their countries to make payments in their own currencies to also avoid the US dollar.

So why is Russia doing this?

Well if anybody remembers recent history it was the US-led coup in Ukraine that removed a Russian-friendly corrupt leader only to replace him with a Western-friendly corrupt leader during the Maidan uprising that ignited recent troubles. 

The west helped to install a far-right government in Ukraine during 2014 and Ukraine's desire to leave the Russian sphere of influence, instead wanting to join both NATO and the EU, kicked the ball down the hill that has led to this point in time.

Anyone who knows World War II history doesn't need reminding that many Ukrainians, celebrated the German invasion of the USSR during Operation Barbarossa, and even joined up to fight the Soviets during their invasion into the USSR. Therefore the Russians rightly fear being invaded once more from Ukraine, and especially fear far-right NAZI's who killed 40 million+ men, women, and children during World War II.

The recent Ukrainian coup in 2014 was led by Victoria Nuland, US President Barack Obama's agent at least during the month of February when it climaxed. She was famously caught on a call saying "Fuck the EU", who were hoping for a democratic and less corrupt future government for Ukraine. 

Instead, Nuland instructed America's Ambassador in Ukraine, Jeffrey Pyatt to choose the rabidly anti-Russian, and far-right, Arseniy Yatsenyuk as the new President to run the now clearly fascist country on Russia's border. 

As you can see from this picture of some far-right Ukrainian soldiers during the coup who are openly proud of their NAZISM, they were only too happy to go off to the more Russian east to fight and kill the citizens that lived there.

Now to understand why Russia is so pissed off with NATO expansion and a future where Ukraine was a member of NATO, and why the US keeps pushing for NATO expansion, we need to go back to 1989 when the fall of the Berlin Wall occurred and then the fall of the Soviet Union.

Although many people have heard the broken promise of the then US Secretary of State James Baker who gave an assurance to Mikhail Gorbachev that NATO would not expand “not one inch eastward” during a meeting on February 9, 1990. Many have not realised who else gave the Soviets the same promise so that they would roll out of Eastern Europe.

Declassified documents now reveal that Gorbachev only accepted German reunification, which the Soviet Union had a legal right to veto under treaty from not only James Baker but also President George H.W. Bush, West German foreign minister Hans-Dietrich Genscher, West German Chancellor Helmut Kohl, the CIA Director Robert Gates, French President Francois Mitterrand, British Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher, British foreign minister Douglas Hurd, British Prime Minister John Major, and NATO secretary-general Manfred Woerner. 

So, one can imagine how angry the Russians must be with the current situation, having NATO bases all around them, with so many Western leaders breaking that promise not to expand, and facing the threat of Ukraine, the ex-Soviet Republic, joining NATO and having nuclear weapons on their border facing directly at them.

One must ask the obvious question. Why is it that the US thinks that it is so "exceptional", that it can impose its will through International bodies, banks, and its military on other countries?

It invades them under false pretences, with fake claims of "spreading democracy", or "Human Rights Abuses", and to those, it cannot invade, it imposes sanctions. Why does the US feel such a moral superiority when in fact they have spent the last 100+ years installing Right-Wing dictators and overthrowing left-wing governments all over the globe, and causing millions of deaths and executions from their US-trained death squads at the School of the Americas?

The USA would certainly not appreciate being surrounded by Russian or Chinese bases and having nuclear missiles faced at them as seen by the Cuba crisis in the '60s. However, they expect other countries that they constantly use as scapegoats for election losses, hack attempts, and Human Rights abuses to suffer the same indignation. 

When only weeks ago Russia said that it was considering deploying troops in Venezuela and Cuba amid growing U.S.-Russia tensions over Ukraine, the US went almost ballistic. U.S. National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan told reporters that the United States would respond "decisively" if Russia were to actually send troops to those countries.

So it seems what is good for the goose is not good for the gander, and only the US and its NATO allies have the right to security, without worrying about countries they consider enemies, having troops, and possibly nuclear weapons near their own borders.

When you consider that Russia has been invaded 3 times from the west in the last 200+ years from Napolean, to World War 1 and 2, with the last invasion being NAZI's, with Ukrainian help, you can only realise why it is so important for Russia to feel secure in their borders and not have NATO pointing guns at them from their front door.

If Russia cannot get basic security guarantees from the west, and as history shows the only words they hear about NATO have been lies about not moving eastwards. Then you can only come to the conclusion that their latest actions of bringing troops into the newly independent statelets as peacekeepers, make perfect sense for them, whatever the cost that the US and its allies impose on them for them doing so.

Whether cool heads are used in this situation or hot-headed ones I can only hope for the former but fully expect the latter from recent western media reporting on the situation.

However, with Russia and China having such a close relationship, I would not be surprised if China also recognises these statelets at the UN meeting that has been called for by Ukraine, the United States, and six other countries. This meeting is currently being held, as the US and its allies talk about cutting Russia off from the US-controlled Swift International Banking system. 

However, the SWIFT banking system, as earlier noted, is something that Russia and China have been using less and less lately, as well as the petrodollar. They have decided instead to conduct transactions in their own currencies rather than allow the US to export its inflation across the globe as it prints trillions of dollars and increases its debt to points that cannot ever be paid off.

We can only wait and see what the response from the US and NATO is, and then the response Russia replies with. When it comes to playing strategic chess, I think Putin would easily beat Biden, and he would have considered all these potential sanctions and threats before he made his move earlier yesterday. 

You can read this article from last year in which Russia states that it is ready to be cut off from SWIFT, so I guess that they already have an alternative if that is part of the US response to Putin's actions. I only hope that it doesn't come at a too high cost for us in Europe as I am pretty sure the US doesn't care whether we spend the winter freezing if Russia cuts off our gas in retaliation. So I really hope they have a backup plan to keep Europe warm if Nord Stream 2 is not operational.

Update - Oct 1st 2022

The Nord Stream 1 and 2 pipelines have both been blown up causing a massive environmental disaster due to being full of gas. Of course, stupid fingers pointed at Russia who could have easily turned the taps off at Gazprom HQ but US ships were seen in the local area carrying out underwater exercises, and apparently, they wanted to de-industrialise their biggest partner in Europe, Germany, and stop their reliance on cheap Russian gas that made them a competitor to the US. 

Plus it removed any Russian leverage over the EU who may have wanted to not have thousands of people freeze to death this winter by turning the taps back on as many protests have been occurring in Germany by angry citizens all demanding to turn Nord Stream 2 on so that businesses wouldn't close, rolling blackouts would not occur and people who were going into the woods to chop down trees for old fashioned wood burning fires could stop.

How Many "Conspiracies" Have To Turn True Before People Start Realising We Are Under Attack

The Great Reset - Even Mainstream Media is reporting on the "Conspiracy"

I don't know how many "conspiracy theories" have to turn out to be true before people stop using the term as a derogatory label for people who have just done the research that they cannot be bothered to, only for them to be surprised and shocked when the laws, mandates, microchips and devious short cuts and billionaire ideas come to fruition.

Throughout the recent pandemic, we have had numerous "conspiracy theories", that were so dangerous, that to talk or write about them meant that you risked getting kicked off social media. The sad thing is that now people who scoffed at them back when the pandemic started are finding out that many of them have turned out to be real.

The first major conspiracy theory was around what caused the actual pandemic, was it someone eating Bat soup from a wet market, or was it that COVID had leaked from the Coronavirus laboratory in Wuhan. 

This "lab leak" theory was deemed as wacky just as the wet market theory was labelled racist against Chinese culture. Dr. Fauci, was the scientist put in charge of America's response to the pandemic, and in Democratic circles and media, he is often lauded as a saint. This is despite his often changing advice and claims, many of which have been refuted multiple times, however, he is now being found out to have lied all along about his knowledge of the origins of COVID.

The esteemed doctor has even lied in the Senate, which is a crime, whether it be jousting with Sen. Rand Paul about what constitutes "Gain of Function", Denying he was even engaged in such a dangerous type of scientific experimentation,  all whilst the NIH, who the doctor got to go to China to carry out these coronavirus "experiments", were admitting they had been doing so on his behalf, 

Or whether it was to Sen. Marco Rubio who asked where patient zero was and the likelihood that the outbreak was caused by the Wuhan Coronavirus Lab he had been experimenting at. This question was only met with denials that it could have possibly come from the lab that studied the exact same viruses that caused the pandemic with a group of scientists he was intimately linked with.

This is despite recently revealed data about him from whistle-blowers, or through released emails, that show he has major conflicts of interest between Big Pharma and the drive to make their money through vaccines, and his smearing of those that dare question his plans. 

Apparently, with SARS outbreak they found patient zero within 4 months, with MERS 9 months, but with COVID they still haven't found it. Yet Dr. Fauci still claims that there is more of a possibility that this outbreak was caused by a natural occurrence rather than a leak from the Wuhan Institute that he was working at, carrying out dangerous gain of function, coronavirus experiments. 

Therefore questions about patient zero still remain in his eyes. Where is it and how did this pandemic occur, we are supposed to still question, despite all the evidence that it was actually a leak from the Wuhan lab. A view we are now allowed to discuss without being labelled a conspiracy theorist, and being kicked off social media sites for daring to suggest so.

The National Institutes of Health (NIH) even changed the definition of “gain-of-function” research on their official website during these combative exchanges between Sen. Rand Paul and Dr. Fauci in which it was discovered that he had indeed funded "novel coronavirus research" at the Wuhan Institute of Virology in China prior to the outbreak of COVID-19.

This was a move that many experts – including Senator Rand Paul, has said could make him “culpable for the entire pandemic.” 

Of course, the new definition of "gain of function" experiments by the NIH downplays the risks associated with such risky science and largely focuses on other research instead.

I am sure most people are wondering why such experiments are done in the 1st place especially if there is the possibility of a leak that could cause a pandemic. 

What is the reason for creating a man-made virus by mixing one from a bat with another animal, tweaking it so that it would become highly transmissible between humans when there is absolutely NO chance of such a virus occurring naturally in the wild?

It is almost as if they were deliberately making a biological weapon, and if so, maybe Wuhan was chosen at the testbed to see how well this weapon spread amongst the public. The data we have got from China is so unreliable anything they say can be questioned and guessed to see if it's true or not. 

Whatever the reason I think after this pandemic whether it is proven that there was a lab leak or not, that gain of function virus making should be banned worldwide due to the harm to the globe if such a virus escaped into the human population.

It seemed pretty obvious to anyone with a brain that there was a link between the Wuhan Coronavirus lab and the early deaths of people near that facility in Wuhan. Even Jon Stewart when appearing on Stephen Colbert's show had a very sarcastic rant when the now establishment puppet comedian, Colbert pushed back on his claims.

Jon said what a coincidence it was that the coronavirus was named after "The Wuhan Novel Coronavirus Lab", or could it be that instead, in his words that:

"Maybe a bat flew into the Chloe of a Turkey and sneezed into my Chile and now we all have Coronavirus". 

You can watch the now disappointingly pro-establishment Stephen Colbert get tongue-tied by the comedian who still has the ability to think for himself here. Maybe it's not having a big corporate machine paying your wages that allows such free-thinking amongst comedians discussing this topic.

Scientists are now even claiming that the COVID virus was genetically modified by humans and was "ready-made" to infect humans in Wuhan. Dr. Chan, a molecular biologist at MIT and Harvard believes a lab leak from the Wuhan Institute of Virology (WIV) is "more likely than not" after two unsuccessful years of searching for an animal host.

Despite China, the lab, and Dr. Fauci furiously denying these allegations of a "lab leak" the evidence has been piling up over the last year as scientists, researchers, and governments all hunt for answers to where the outbreak started.

Even now, Dr. Fauci is still trying to hold onto his premise that the outbreak was natural despite virologists who have studied the virus noticing elements that indicate that it was indeed modified by humans. 

However, Dr. Fauci has a nasty history that not many people knew about until stories broke about his past which included passing off failed cancer drugs to HIV infected people in the 80's and the cruel experiments he carried out on puppy dogs, feeding their sedated heads to sandflies.

Also, his lies about Gain of Function experiments have even been contradicted by the US military, as the EcoHealth alliance apparently approached DARPA in March 2018 seeking funding to conduct research of bat-borne coronaviruses. 

The proposal, named Project Defuse, was rejected by DARPA over safety concerns and the notion that it violates the gain of function research moratorium. This is probably the reason Dr. Fauci went to China to conduct his experiments outside US territory and its legal reach.

Dr Chan believes a lab leak from the Wuhan Institute of Virology is "more likely than not" and said:

"We know now this virus has a very unique feature, called the furin cleavage site, that makes it the pandemic pathogen it is. So without this feature, there is no way this virus would be causing this pandemic."

“A proposal was leaked showing that EcoHealth and the Wuhan Institute of Virology were developing a pipeline for inserting novel furin cleavage sites - these genetic modifications."

"So, you fund these scientists who said in early 2018 ‘I'm going to put horns on horses’ and at the end of 2019 a unicorn turns up in Wuhan city."

"It's a striking coincidence that needs to be investigated." 

Other virologists who studied the virus and noticed the same unusual markers that heavily suggest a gain of function man-made manipulation had tried to speak out, only to be heavily labelled conspiracy theorists or "fringe scientists" at the start of the pandemic. 

There has been a full 360 on certain theories including the lab leak and the push by Big Pharma, promoted by Dr Fauci, to have more and more vaccine shots, making money for pharmaceutical companies rather than being truly concerned about the health and early treatment of infected people.

The evidence of Dr Fauci's lies and attempts to squash any "lab leak" theory or attempts to handle the outbreak in any other way than his own have now been shown to the world through released emails and their contents which prove his determination that the "only way was his or the highway." 

When 3 top epidemiologists from "fringe" universities such as Stanford, Harvard, and Oxford decided through their "Great Barrington Declaration" to plead to authorities to take another path than Dr. Fauci's plan to close countries down causing "irreparable damage" as stated and signed by over 916,000 people, including over 15,000 scientists and 45,000 medical practitioners. 

As they say on their site:

"As infectious disease epidemiologists and public health scientists we have grave concerns about the damaging physical and mental health impacts of the prevailing COVID-19 policies, and recommend an approach we call Focused Protection." 

"Coming from both the left and right, and around the world, we have devoted our careers to protecting people. Current lockdown policies are producing devastating effects on short and long-term public health. The results (to name a few) include lower childhood vaccination rates, worsening cardiovascular disease outcomes, fewer cancer screenings and deteriorating mental health – leading to greater excess mortality in years to come, with the working class and younger members of society carrying the heaviest burden. Keeping students out of school is a grave injustice." 

"Keeping these measures in place until a vaccine is available will cause irreparable damage, with the underprivileged disproportionately harmed."

However Dr Fauci and his NIH cohorts who had moved from the US to China to carry on their dangerous "Gain of Function" experiments didn't appreciate this other way forward and an email chain going back and forth between NIH Director Francis Collins and Dr Fauci has come to light in which they conspired to smear these top medical scientists as fringe outsiders,

However it wasn't just scientists who disagreed with Dr. Fauci's way forward pushing multiple vaccine shots and closing down the country but it even extended to the creator of mRNA vaccines, Dr Robert Malone. This was someone who despite creating the technology for many vaccines, had called for more testing, and for children to be exempt from having the vaccine shots. 

For his trouble, he was kicked off Twitter for being "an anti-vaxxer", despite being literally anything but, and labelled a quack. This is despite his history of being involved in every major virus outbreak from HIV in the 80's,  Ebola, SARS, and the MERS outbreaks that preceded the COVID pandemic.

Then there was the "conspiracy theory" that the vaccines were not safe to take in the first place.

Many American Democrats and Liberals attacked Republicans who refused to take the vaccine as the country divided itself along the lines of those who honestly believed, as many Democrats did, that you had a 50% chance of ending up in hospital if you didn't take the vaccine when it was actually less than 1%, and the Republicans who just didn't trust the vaccines, with Christians seeing Swedish companies injecting vaccine passport microchips under the skin as the "Sign of the Beast" from the book of Revelations in the Bible, and some who believed that the vaccines contained gene-altering substances.

Phizer didn't help when it wanted to lock its vaccine test results away for 75 years. Why would a company want to do that if they had nothing to hide. The fact Phizers boss didn't even take his own vaccine until he was refused entry to Israel wasn't exactly the best PR move either. 

However, after almost 2 years we now have data to research and recently a safety panel of the European drug regulator recommended adding a rare spinal inflammation called transverse myelitis as a side effect of AstraZeneca's  COVID19 vaccine. 

The European Medicines Agency's safety committee also recommended a similar warning be included for Johnson & Johnson's one-shot vaccine in October and in Japan they are now labelling the COVID vaccines to warn of dangerous and potentially deadly side effects such as myocarditis.

Despite Phizer and Governments approving vaccine shots for children younger than 12, it has been discovered that the vaccine itself contains harmful products such as a toxic blood-clotting substance or poison that may be responsible for adverse effects and deaths in recipients. The toxic substance graphene oxide was found in the Pfizer vials by Spanish researchers has now been confirmed to also be the main ingredient in the AstraZeneca vaccine. 

This causes thrombogenicity or blood clotting in the veins, compromises the immune system, causes bilateral pneumonia, causes loss of smell and taste, causes multi-organ inflammation, and essentially creates all the symptoms attributed early in the pandemic rollout to COVID-19.

Then there were all the "anti-vaxxers" who were worried about the side effects that the Government and mass media claimed were nothing to worry about. However, this report seems to offer evidence from VAERS data released by the American CDC that shows a total of 726,963 US reports of adverse effects happening in people of all age groups after, taking the vaccine. 

This includes 15,386 deaths and 34,065 serious injuries between Dec. 14, 2020 and June 25, 2021 in America alone. Even Japan has now put warning labels on their vaccines telling people about the risk of dangerous and potentially deadly side effects such as myocarditis. In addition, the country is reaffirming its commitment to adverse event reporting requirements to ensure all possible side effects are documented.

We also had people being labelled conspiracy theorists for saying that Big Pharma were milking the pandemic just to make money.

There were claims that the virus was actually made for the vaccine companies and their investors to get rich with a never-ending queue of patients lining up to take leaky vaccines that only boosted your immunity for a few months. Doctors are now speaking out saying that the answer is not more and more booster shots and that they would even harm us the more we have saying that repeated vaccinations could somehow wear out the body's immune response, which has been sometimes observed in other multiple-dose vaccines.

Israel is on its 4th round of shots within a year and people are still catching the Omicron wave despite having all 4 shots. We will have to wait and see how many useless shots the US and UK make us take to enable us to keep drinking at Pubs, eating out at restaurants, and even shopping in the future. 

This claim that Big Pharma were NOT in it for the money was hard to keep though when it came out that Merck was charging 40 times the amount it cost to make their vaccine despite their funding coming from US taxpayers.

Then there is the conspiracy theory that the Billionaire class was in on the outbreak and had heavily invested in Big Pharma, and other medical companies before the outbreak was made public. 

I was even kicked off Twitter for just mentioning the coincidence that there were planned war games of a major pandemic before the outbreak, that Dr. Fauci had warned there would definitely be a pandemic under Trumps Presidency, and that it seemed odd how many of the 0.1% invested in these Big Pharma companies just before the outbreak and at the right time to make a mint from the rising stock prices they all saw. Every point is factual and true, yet that didn't stop Twitter booting me for questioning the morality of the ruling class that had their feet stood hard on our civil rights.

In fact, US Billionaires have made over 2.1trillion dollars since the beginning of the pandemic. Now if that seems like all too much of a coincidence then I would agree with you, however, back in 2021 just mentioning it was enough to get people booted off YouTube, Twitter and other social media platforms.

Bill Gates and other billionaires have certainly multiplied their wealth untold during this biggest transfer of wealth from the poorest to the top 0.1% of society. No wonder people claimed these billionaires were in it for the money when Bill Gates has publicly stated that the best investment he had ever found was in vaccines, saying that "vaccines are phenomenal profit makers, with more than a 20-to-1 return." 

The super-rich billionaire even stopped Oxford University from doing a good humanitarian act of handing our UK vaccine patent-free to other countries to make for themselves, and forced them to join up with AstraZeneca, and patent their vaccine. 

This is just one of the reasons some of the poorest countries on earth have not had any of the vaccines which were promised to them due to the cost, and people thought Philanthropists like Bill Gates, with his foundation, was supposed to spend the billions in its accounts helping the poor NOT making billions by ignoring them,

We also had "conspiracy theories" that the pandemic was being used as cover by Governments to introduce more surveillance and control over their population. This has been one of the easiest theories to refute. One only has to open their eyes, read the papers, and see that it is indeed happening across the Western world. 

From the USA where the Government is forcing nurses, soldiers, police, and even private companies with over 100 staff to have a vaccine shot when they don't want one or face losing their jobs if they don't comply with these mandates to Australia which has really lurched into despotism jailing people in concentration camps. 

They are even locking people up when their Government issued smart apps tell them they have just been near a person with COVID. It doesn't seem to matter very much whether that other person actually has the virus or continuously passes tests to prove they don't. The Australian government has gone mad, drunk with power.

This comes with the massive rollout Big Tech companies have had with their digital passports that are now being extended into social credit systems, based on the Chinese style of social control. It is definitely creating a 2 tier society between the vaccinated and non-vaccinated and laws across the Western world have been introduced to take our civil liberties, the right to protest, and to even report on Government misdeeds away from us.

However, as more and more people catch COVID questions must be asked. These are millions of people who have followed the rules by the letter, locking down, socially distancing, wearing masks, and not going out or working. 

These are people who honestly believed their lying leaders when they told them that the vaccine was the route back to normality and that they would not catch the virus if they took all their vaccine shots. 

Yet, you only have to look at Gibraltar where all 34,000 residents have been fully vaccinated to realise that even when everyone has been fully jabbed to the max, the virus still spreads, and causes hospitalisation. Around 60 people per day on that Rock in Spain are currently being hospitalised due to COVID, so the vaccine is obviously not the cure to the pandemic. 

Even in Israel where people have had 4 vaccine shots, people are still catching the Omicron virus. The products made by big pharma seem to be some of the worst vaccines ever made if you can still catch it, spread it, and be hospitalised for having it.

So if you have had 3 or even 4 vaccine shots against a deadly virus and were told that it would protect you but then you still caught it despite following all the rules. Locking yourself away from the world for months, not seeing your family, and wearing masks when venturing out. Wouldn't you be asking questions of the people who forced you to do all this with their lies that it would help if you still caught the virus? 

These people are probably now asking themselves why did they put up with all these limits on their freedoms, not having Christmas with their own families whilst their leaders who told them to stay home were having their own Christmas bashes. 

How many people have suffered from loved ones dying, that they could not say goodbye to, or missed out on family gatherings to keep to Government rules on the number of people who they could meet up with. All whilst the hypocrites that forced them to do so were having Summer parties such as the Tories at Downing Street.

Rules that we now find out that the politicians and our leaders were flouting all the time despite forcing the public to follow or else be fined or as in Australia being locked up in special COVID camps. Surely these people must be angry at everything they have lost due to this pandemic when they realise that these leaky weak vaccines were never going to stop the spread of COVID.

Questions must be filling their heads and all the things they probably laughed off as conspiracy theories themselves will now be looked at and understood for the truth that was being spoken that they chose to ignore. 

As they were being good little citizens, the politicians that created these rules, have been caught lying and breaking these rules themselves over and over. 

Whether it was not socially distancing, having parties, or only wearing masks when they thought the cameras were rolling, these politicians have been caught out time and time again breaking rules they expected others to follow.

It is plainly obvious when one actually looks at all the new laws bought in to "fight the virus", that Western governments have used this pandemic to enact laws removing our civil liberties, and destroying our freedoms. 

From the US with their mandates to the UK COVID law and their laws against protesting, to Australia where the politicians seem to have gone crazy with the power trip they are having locking suspected infected people up and fining those who dare question them thousands of dollars, to the rest of Europe where there are massive daily protests against countries trying to force all of their citizens to take a medical procedure many don't want.

There are too many more conspiracy theories that have turned out to be true over the length of the pandemic to mention here, however, I want to end this article on a mainstream news report I watched earlier today on YouTube. 

Now you may or may not have heard of "The Great Reset", the plan by DAVOS, to use COVID as cover to "reset" the world into a society where we "Don't own anything but will be happy", using Chinese social credit systems to monitor the people who won't have any privacy.

Although I wrote about this plan when it came out it is interesting that The Hill, a mainstream news outlet would do a whole piece about it, as well as all mentioning all the conspiracy theories that were "fringe" beliefs that have now become true.

I urge you to watch it as it shows how these theories are gaining traction in the mainstream media and as the reporters say in the news piece, it may sound like a "right-wing conspiracy theory", but it is actually real.

I have not gone over all of the many theories that have turned out to be true, as I haven't the space or time, but it is clear we are walking towards a dystopian future where Big Tech linked to the establishment and the national security state, is going to continue censoring those who speak out.

They are going to continue cancelling social media accounts, and flushing alternative views that go against their propaganda, far down the search engine rankings. That is until that propaganda is found to be actually false like the cases I have mentioned above, and many more besides.

The UK Is Becoming More Despotic Every Day

CIA Wanted To Assassinate Julian Assange Whilst In the Ecuadorian Embassy

Hopefully by now you have read about the CIA's plans to assassinate Julian Assange in a shoot out at the Ecuadorian Embassy when he was holed up there in his 5th year.

An investigation revealed the CIA planned to abduct, kidnap, or assassinate WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange and senior officials inside the CIA asked for "sketches" or "options" to be drawn up as to how these acts could be carried out on Assange.

Lest I remind you that the FBI's whole case is based on the lies of a witness who pretended he was a high up WikiLeaks worker when in fact he was a fraudster and child molester.

A Yahoo News investigation has discovered that the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) had plans to kidnap and assassinate Julian Assange while he was held up in the Ecuadorian Embassy in early 2017. It was his fifth straight year there as Wikileaks continued to reveal crimes against humanity by several governments and, or often in collusion with, big powerful multinational corporations.

Some National Security Council officials worried that the CIA’s proposals to kidnap Assange would not only be illegal but also might jeopardize the prosecution of the WikiLeaks founder. Concerned the CIA’s plans would derail a potential criminal case, the Justice Department expedited the drafting of charges against Assange to ensure that they were in place if he were brought to the United States.

In late 2017, in the midst of the debate over kidnapping and other extreme measures, the agency’s plans were upended when U.S. officials picked up what they viewed as alarming reports that Russian intelligence operatives were preparing to sneak Assange out of the United Kingdom and spirit him away to Moscow.

The intelligence reporting about a possible breakout was viewed as credible at the highest levels of the U.S. government. At the time, Ecuadorian officials had begun efforts to grant Assange diplomatic status as part of a scheme to give him cover to leave the embassy and fly to Moscow to serve in the country’s Russian mission.

In response, the CIA and the White House began preparing for a number of scenarios to foil Assange’s Russian departure plans, according to three former officials. 

Those included potential gun battles with Kremlin operatives on the streets of London, crashing a car into a Russian diplomatic vehicle transporting Assange and then grabbing him, and shooting out the tires of a Russian plane carrying Assange before it could take off for Moscow.

The most important part I want you to note is that, U.S. officials asked their British counterparts to do the shooting if gunfire was required, and the British agreed, according to a former senior administration official. 

This means the British Tory Government was prepared to break international law, and almost cause a potential war with Russia by acting for the Americans in shooting at Russian Diplomatic vehicles and planes. 

Who can wonder what would have happened if this had occurred but it worries me greatly that the UK is now so despotic that it would even consider helping the USA in such a plan.

We no longer have most of our civil liberties due to the COVID law that was meant to stay on the books for just 2 years. Boris has already extended them until September and hasn't ruled out extending them again.  Lest I remind you I warned you of this 2 years ago when they were implemented and recently again, they are the greatest loss of civil rights and liberty since WWII.

The new Police Bill the Tories are passing will ban protests that the police deem "too loud". Protests are naturally loud. Without them many people would not even know was going on in this country, despite the MSM labelling protesters as anti-vaxers when they are in fact against 2 tier society based on vaccine passports and mandated vaccination which have now proved to be almost useless due to the anti-bodies not lasting long enough, or protecting against variants of the virus. 

You only need to look at Israel one of the highest vaccinated countries on earth who just recorded their highest no of COVID infections since the peak of their 3rd wave to see how the vaccines are not working. They are now mandating 3 shots and then probably 4 and then monthly all due to the anti-bodies not lasting long enough compared to natural immunity. 

We should be working on vaccines properly such as those that cured Polio, and we have as children for Mumps that keep the anti-bodies longer throughout our lifetime however this takes time and Big Pharma cannot wait to make more money. 

What's more important to them, make billions more now by getting countries to buy more products and mandate more shots or spend money and time working on a proper vaccine cure with long term trials and testing for this virus.

The Tories plan to make it illegal for journalists, bloggers, anyone to report on illegal activity carried out by the British State, I guess this would include the Yahoo news investigation on the plans to have a shoot out with Russian agents on the streets of London all to help an ally assassinate a journalist who has never been proved wrong once and is being tortured slowly in a High Max prison at Belmarsh when he should be on bail.

This country is turning into something I really do not like the look of. If you are planning on having children I would seriously look around and take a look at what our country is becoming. Not only do we protect al-Qaeda and ISIS in Syria from being exterminated by Russian and Syrian forces but we plot and plan constantly against Russia whilst accusing them of doing the same sort of activities that we are doing ourselves. 

We are looking more and more like China every day, and soon as possible we will be implementing Chinese style Social Credit systems on the populace to keep us in check.

Soon there will be no skilled manual jobs as AI and Robotics take over from human labour. Automatic driving vehicles and drones to deliver packages and fast food. There will be less need for people to work skilled jobs and the jobs that you used to need a degree for will all be home based solitary activities where you communicate with workers by ZOOM and have little social interaction. 

This is part of the Governments aim to reduce CO2 emissions by preventing people from driving to and from work. 

Do you really want to spend your life working in solitude with no social interaction?

It's what made me leave my last job as it was just so unfulfilling but bosses will save money from renting office space and care little about employees mental health when they can make more money for themselves.

Soon towns will become desolate areas with one big Amazon depot in the middle, auto driving lorries delivering and transporting goods, drones flying in and out and the only jobs will be gig work for people who get sacked by text message when they can't deliver food for people in time due to petrol shortages at garages caused by the lack of foresight from our government.

I just think our country is going down hill and this latest story about willing to almost start WWIII over killing a journalist is just too much for me to stand.
