Russia Attacked - Trump Denies Knowledge - Starmer Warns Brits Of War

Russian Strategic Bombers Attacked In 18 Month Ukrainian "Spider Web" Plot

By Dark Politricks

Prepare For The End Of Free Speech As NATO Attacks Russia - is WWIII coming?

Free Speech has definitely gone in the UK and Europe.

I have just been banned from X for saying Macron deserved another slap from his "wife" for declaring we should go to war with Russia.

Israel is also busy using creating laws across the USA and Europe, that make any criticism of their concentration camps ( Ironic or just sick?), for Gazans to receive food, anti-Semitic!

This is as Palestinian resistance fighters are still killing IDF soldiers when it comes man to man, rather than just bombing refugee tents, as seen in this video. No wonder the Israeli's have killed more journalists in this war than any other.

Also, expect it to be cracked down in the UK for people like me, and sites like www.darkpolitricks.com.

This, all for telling you the truth about our devious activities in Ukraine, that have seen us teeter on the edge of full nuclear Armageddon.

Just now the BBC is reporting that at 5AM, Ukraine used under water explosives to blow up part of the Kursk bridge connecting Crimea to Ukraine

However, the Russian Transport Ministry reported that while the bridge had to be closed twice over the course of the day, normal traffic had resumed as of Tuesday evening.

This comes after a massive attack on civilian and military infrastructure across Russia that saw 7 people die, and another 71 injured, when a train was de-railed on a bridge, with 2 attacked over the last couple of days

Plus swarms of drones have been attempting to hit Moscow but have been shot down by their superior air defense around the capital.

I heard on the news yesterday that our "Dear Leader", Sir Keir Starmer is telling us Brits, to "prepare for war".

This is after MI6 thought it was a clever idea to help Ukraine attack Russian strategic airbase's all across their country. The bases attacked was during a plan called "Spider Web", and attacked bases in Murmansk, Irkutsk, Ivanovo, Ryazan, and Amur regions

Ukrainian officials estimate the damage at over $7 billion, with bombers such as the TU-95, TU-22M3, and A-50 surveillance aircraft reportedly among the assets destroyed.

This 18 month plan, could have only been done with NATO satellite imagery, that gave the Ukrainians targeting data on Russian bases.

There is no way in the world that Ukraine would have been able to carry this attack out, without a greenlight from their MI6/CIA controllers.

They used trucks with removal able roofs and drones that then flew out the top and attacked Russian planes on the airfield.

These were Russia's strategic bombers, just one arm of their nuclear deterrent.

They reckon almost a 3rd of their fleet was destroyed, and that it was the biggest military defeat in terms of lost aircraft, since the NAZI's launched their invasion of the USSR in WWII.

Here is a Ukrainian Tweet on Operation Spider Net.

The Russian Defense Ministry confirmed the attacks but stated that three out of five strikes were successfully repelled, causing no damage or casualties.

The remaining two resulted in aircraft catching fire, which was quickly extinguished, according to the ministry, which also did not confirm the loss of any aircraft.

Does Sir Kier Starmer even know what MI6 are doing over in Ukraine?

Or are they acting like a rogue intelligence agency without Government oversight, just like the CIA?

Apparently, Trump doesn't seem to have full control over the constantly self governing CIA. Or whoever does, it doesn't seem to be his civilian appointment, John Ratcliffe. He was asked twice about the recent drone swarm attack on Russian President Vladmir Putin's helicopter in Kursk the other day by reporters, and didn't seem to have even heard anything about it.

The incident occurred during a week of heightened conflict between Russia and Ukraine, with Moscow reporting the interception of 764 drones between Tuesday and Friday, and hundreds more over the weekend. Russia’s Defence Ministry claimed the attacks targeted multiple regions deep within Russian territory.

In retaliation, Russian forces launched a series of missile strikes over the weekend, reportedly targeting a drone and missile production facility in Kyiv, followed by additional strikes on Ukrainian military installations.

Zelenskyy, and other Western leaders in Europe seem almost gleeful at Ukraine's attempt to put pressure OR ruin the attempted peace talks that are going on with this massive attack on Russian Strategic bombers, as well as attacks on civilians across Russia.

However, the response has been a massive sign up of Russian men to join the war, they are winning on the battlefield. According to some sources the Russians artillery outnumber the Ukrainians 20 to 1.

Also, for every Russian killed there are 20 to replace him, whilst Ukraine is resorting to more pressganging, dragging men off the street, and forcing them to fight.

It's almost as if people have forgotten that Russia has more than one way to wipe us off the map, and they talk about it every night on TV.

They have submarines equipped with hypersonic missiles we can't shoot down, sitting off our coast, as well as the Sarmat/Satan2 nuclear fueled missile which can circle the globe for days, before dropping its payload.

On the Russian nightly TV Show, "The Great Game", they discuss ways to wipe us off the map, and routinely attack Putin for not having done so yet.

Russia has a number of super weapons listed in the video below, that haven't been used yet, and the nightly Russian TV show, routinely talks about how just one new Poseidon nuclear powered torpedo in the Irish Sea, could cause a Tsunami that would cover Britain in water.

If the UK believes it's ok for Ukraine to try and assassinate Putin with a drone swarm as he flew into Kursk within a helicopter, only a week ago, and not even report on it. Then just imagine, if Russia had wiped Zelenskyy out with a Kinzhal hypersonic missile one night?

What would our dumbed down for the NAFO masses, news be full of the next day?

It would be full of pro war rhetoric about how Putin doesn't want peace, and how we should attack Russia.

People need to realise how much restraint Putin has shown in the face of Ukrainian attacks on him, the Kremlin, and the people of Moscow.

People need to realise that if he is killed, someone with less restraint would certainly take over.

Someone like ex Russian President and PM, Dmitry Medvedev, deputy chair of Russia’s Security Council.

In a social media post, Medvedev addressed domestic calls for a more forceful military response, declaring that Russian retaliation was “inevitable.”

Our army is on an active offensive and will continue its push forward. Everything that needs to be blown up will be, and those who need to be eliminated will be,” he wrote.

He is someone who regularly makes statements about wiping us, and most of Europe, off the face of the Earth for what we have done. Starting a proxy war with Russia that has been building up over the last 20yrs.

So when I hear Sir Kier Starmer on the news tell us to prepare for war what are we supposed to do?

Russia can wipe our tiny country and our tiny armed forces out in the blink of an eye, and we are forcing him to do so with recent actions such as the assassination attempts in Kursk, and now this massive attack on his Strategic Airforce.

We can't buy and practise with guns seeing the UK government disarmed the country decades ago.

This is one of the main reasons the Soviets never planned or even thought about an invasion of America during the Cold War, due to the massive private gun ownership by the US population.

Not that Russia wants to invade us, but everyone in the queue for leader behind Putin wants to blow us off the map for what we just did, all on top of our previous admitted crimes of:

This kill list is tolerated by the CIA despite still having the name of Trumps Director of National Intelligence, Tulsi Gabbard, on it.

So what does Sir Kier Starmer expect us to do when the new Russian Oreshnik missile comes online?

We saw it first in action last year, when it was became the first ICBM launched during wartime, when it atomised a huge warehouse with a deep underground bunker, full of ATACMS and Storm Shadow missiles that NATO had stored.

We had been using them for attacks deep into Russia during our invasion of the Kursk region where the cream of Ukraine's armed forces, and the majority of their foreign legion of UK/US soldiers were eventually destroyed by Russian troops.

We don't have a war time economy like Russia, that can turn out 300 tanks a day.

The question is who gave the green light for this attack to go ahead the day before peace talks in Istanbul were about to start?

Trump denies any knowledge, obviously, as he doesn't want this to be "his war", but Biden's.

However, one of the European leaders like Starmer or Macron, who have been training Ukrainian SBU sabotage units, certainly could have told Zelenskyy, that it would give him more "cards to play with". Due to their dislike of Trump, and their seeming desire to keep this war going.

We have nothing to compare with all of Russia's super weapons.

So what does Sir Kier Starmer mean when he says "We must prepare for war"?

What are you going to do?

The Stupidity Of Russian Sanctions

A Look At How The War In Ukraine Will Hurt Us As Much As Russia

By Dark Politricks

As the war in Ukraine continues, the rampant xenophobia against ordinary Russians, many of who are against the war continues unabated.

The sanctions against Russia have got to the silly stage. They were supposed to hurt Putin and his Oligarch Billionaire friends, and some have. However ordinary Russians are being attacked, and legally so on social media, as Facebook and Instagram changed their Terms of Service to allow violent and negative language against Russians, something usually banned by their sites.

Meta Platforms will allow Facebook and Instagram users in some countries to call for violence against Russians and Russian soldiers in the context of the Ukraine invasion, according to internal emails seen by Reuters on Thursday, in a temporary change to its hate speech policy.

Russian people and even Russian animals have been sanctioned. In response to the war in Ukraine, the International Cat Federation has banned all cats from Russia, and Russian breeds, from competing in international competitions.

Also, anti-war Russians such as the Russian piano prodigy, Alexander Malofeev, 20, who was supposed to play three shows with the Orchestre Symphonique de Montréal (OSM), has been dropped after people emailed to complain despite him being outspoken against the war in Ukraine.

This is getting ridiculous and despite numerous videos online from ex-US military members, talking about the lack of Russian moral, and how Ukraine will win the war, the facts on the ground are pretty clear. Either the Ukrainian President Zelenskyy, egged on by the US War Hawks in the State Department, fights to the death and destruction of his country, or he settles terms with the Russians in talks that have been ongoing throughout the war.

The sad thing is that the terms he will most likely have to accept will be the same terms that the Russians, were asking for before they invaded, and all this misery and outpouring of Ukrainian refugees into Europe could have been stopped before it started.

This is clearly the US and other NATO country's fault, for giving him false hope that they would back him up, allow entry into the EU and NATO, and supply him with weapons and intelligence throughout the war.

It seems though that the Pentagon, unlike the State Department, is a bit wiser, and stupid ideas which could expand the war such as bringing Polish MIG fighters into Ukraine and then re-supplying Poland with new planes, were a clear red line that Putin said would be an act of war and that any weapons or troops supplied by the West would be fair game.

With Russian Nuclear Arms on the equivalent of DEFCOM 2, 1 step away from a full nuclear attack, the Pentagon seems to agree with commentators that anything suggesting western help to Ukraine could expand the war, and make it global, even terminal for this planet.

This video is from the Duran, a channel that always goes into details that other videos miss. Earlier today they had a 1.5hr video on the round of peace talks being held by Russia and it included a journalist embedded in Ukraine, in the middle of what the Russian army calls a cauldron. This is where they slowly turn up the heat, once they have surrounded their enemy, and from the following video it seems they are doing just that in Mariupol.

;

Russians have been using diplomacy at the same time as attacks in Ukraine, as they try to set up humanitarian corridors with the UN to let Ukrainian citizens, and hopefully, soldiers, slip away from the fight. They have no reason to bomb or shell these corridors as it gives the Ukrainians brilliant propaganda pictures of innocent civilians, being killed.

Plus, according to some experts, they did this in Syria to good effect. They are not trying to own the skies with their modern fighter planes, albeit with fewer flying hours than US or NATO pilots.

The history and reasons for this war are discussed in the following talk from a Christian speaker who discusses the history of the region now in conflict and the real reasons for the war.

They do not want to destroy the country like the US/NATO does in their wars with weeks, and sometimes months of aerial bombardment by missiles and planes dropping bombs before the troops go in, and then big money is given over to MIC companies like Halliburton to rebuild the country they just destroyed as in Iraq.

No, it seems that although some of the Russian conscript soldiers who have been paraded in front of camera's breaking Geneva conventions, providing great anti-Putin / war images from injured soldiers who say they were lied to about their invasion, haven't eaten properly, and do not want to fight Ukrainians just protecting their land that in fact Russia is going to win this war.

One other thing this rash of sanctions against Russia, which has pushed them closer to China and India, even offering to sell India cheap gas in Rupees in a sign that those countries who stick with Russia, like China, Brazil, and India, will be rewarded whilst those who have thrown every sanction in the book at them will be severely punished, such as the 200% increase in the price of Russian gas Europeans will have to pay whilst frantically trying to make other arrangements for imported energy.

It seems the USA has played Ukraine well, not only to get Europe out of Russia's sphere of influence and reliance on their gas, so that they can sell us theirs. Closing Nordstream2, and the threat of Nordstream1 as well was also ideally an outcome the US wanted from this conflict they started back in the Maidan coup. Even the existing multiple pipes that deliver gas through Ukraine to Europe could be turned off or even destroyed during the war.

At the moment US President Biden is going around the world begging to countries such as Venezuela, who only recently the US tried to overthrow their PresidentNicolĂ¡s Maduro in a failed coup, for cheap oil and gas to replace the loss of Russian imports, and to sell to Europe which is already suffering stupidly high inflation at the gas pump due to the sanctions.

We seem to be cutting our nose off to spite our face, as we pay £1.70+ per litre at the petrol station ($10.06 per gallon), and set to be over £2 by the end of the summer. I remember when petrol first went over £1 per litre, I was about 21 and couldn't believe it, however it has bounced between £1.20-£1.40 for the last 15+ years but has seen only a dramatic increase recently.

As well as petrol price which might help push a move to electric cars, we are already suffering high and constantly increasing energy costs to heat our homes and put the TV on. My bill already doubled at the end of last year and the company I am with was talking about doubling it again only the other month and that was before the war in Ukraine had even started.

I can only dread the bills coming in once the price of food rockets due to the increasing price of fuel for delivery drivers, plus Russia, Belarus, and Ukraine control over 30% of the wheat and fertilizer exports,, which will also drive up inflation into stupid numbers.

If we don't offer Putin some sort of "off-ramp", in which these sanctions can be reversed in return for peace, then almost half the world's population in China, India, and the far East with Russia, will be swapping US treasury bonds and dumping the dollar, whilst creating an alternative to the SWIFT banking system which will have the benefit of not being controlled by the whims of US feelings towards one countries actions.

President Biden is supposedly going hat in hand to Saudi Arabia to ask the head of the OPEC cartel to increase output and therefore reduce the price of oil globally. However, The Crown Prince, MBS, does not like Biden at all, and has not been picking up his calls since Biden's election pledges to hold Saudi Arabia to account for their war in Yemen, and murder of the US journalist, Jamal Khashoggi, as well as stopping arms sales.

Joe Biden has been constantly rebuffed by Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates in his attempts to persuade them to produce more oil in the wake of a US ban on Russian imports. The Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman and the UAE’s Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed al Nahyan both declined requests to speak to the US president in recent weeks, and after declining to speak to Biden, Mohammed bin Salman took a call from President Putin.

It looks like we might be more affected by our sanctions on Russia than anyone expected and in "Realpolitik" we really should not be picking dictators to sanction, and others to beg for cheap oil from.

If you really think Putin is Hitler, as some US MSM commentators have said, then what is MBS who, in the largest known mass execution in the kingdom’s modern history just executed 81 people for crimes ranging from killings to belonging to militant groups.

Can we really say that Putin is as bad as MBS, and the state of Saudi Arabia which is definitely, bombing Yemen into rubble, unlike Russia with Ukraine which in comparison has been quite restrained?

The hypocrisy of this hunt for oil from dictators to replenish supplies from a supposedly democratically, although authoritarian elected Russian President, stands out like a black eye. Are we really going to delve into the degrees of despotism and discuss why it is that some wars are reported more than others?

News commentary on the war by the US media, such as MSNBC's Joy Reid who faced massive backlash for accusing the media of covering the war in Ukraine with more compassion because the victims are "white and largely Christian" has shown how the western media are blatantly putting this crisis in Ukraine above the many others occurring in the world at the moment, many of which are of the USA's making.

Along with the censorship and de-platforming of independent reporters like Abby Martin, who just had 300 videos from Breaking The Set, an ex Russia Today show, in which she actually decried the Russian invasion of Crimea when it happened, it has become clear that some wars are just more important than others.

No-one was sanctioned when the US illegally invaded Iraq, and the last major war in Europe was NATO's bombing of Serbia which led to the breakaway narco-state of Kosovo. However as it was the US doing the killing, it was somehow acceptable to invade a sovereign country, whereas reporters like Abby Martin in her Empire Files show, often talk about the often ignored and over-looked global conflicts and anti-imperialism wherever it comes from.

It has got to the stage where white extremism is all the news offers as conflicts and humanitarian disasters, in Yemen, Palestine, Syria, and Afghanistan are ignored because somehow European conflicts are considered more important.

The Arab and Middle Eastern Journalists Association even sent out a statement on Sunday condemning:

“the racist implications that any population or country is ‘uncivilized’ or bears economic factors that make it worthy of conflict. This type of commentary reflects the pervasive mentality in Western journalism of normalizing tragedy in parts of the world such as the Middle East, Africa, South Asia, and Latin America. It dehumanizes and renders their experience with war as somehow normal and expected."

Fair comment, and with the mass coverage of the Ukrainian crisis on western news shows, with other points of view labelled as Russian dis-info, or reporting on the history of the conflict and hypocrisy of the world ignoring NATO and US aggression as "Whataboutism", it is clear that without doing some major digging about on the web to find proper #ALTNEWS you are only going to get the side of the war the US and Europe want to project.

With the hypocrisy of this conflict clearly visible for all to see who want to, we must be willing to offer Russia and Putin a way to come to peace with Ukraine, and a way back to normality by rolling back extensive and stupid sanctions that will only hurt us as Russia pivots towards India and China, otherwise we will be the ones suffering most from the sanctions NOT Russia!

Russia Recognises Breakaway Ukrainian Republics

Putin Sends Russian Troops Into Ukraine As "Peacekeepers"

By Dark Politricks

Late on Monday night 21st February 2022, Russia's leader Vladimir Putin, after pressure from both the heads of the breakaway Ukrainian Republics, and the Russian parliament, recognised the two breakaway Republics in Eastern Ukraine, Donetsk, and Luhansk, as independent sovereign nations, saying that it was an act that was overdue.

The leaders of the self-proclaimed Donetsk and Lugansk People’s Republics, Denis Pushilin and Leonid Pasechnik, had both asked Russian President Vladimir Putin to recognize the republics’ independence from Ukraine.
"On behalf of all of the people of the DPR, we are asking you to recognize the Donetsk People’s Republic as an independent, democratic and social state based on the rule of law," Denis Pushilin said.

Leonid Pasechnik added: "With the goal of preventing mass deaths among the republic’s civilian population, some 300,000 of whom are Russian citizens, I’m asking you to recognize the sovereignty and independence of the Lugansk People’s Republic."
Both leaders also suggested signing a treaty on friendship and cooperation with Russia, which included military cooperation.

This came as the 8-year civil war in Eastern Ukraine between the breakaway Republics and Western Ukrainians continued with heavy shelling along the contact line between Ukrainian soldiers and Russia-backed separatists, whilst thousands of people were being evacuated from eastern Ukraine to Russia, some of whom had apparently been paid $130 worth of Rubles to do so.

The shelling occurred despite the massive build-up of around 150,000 Russian soldiers along the border, and with warnings from NATO, the USA, and the EU, about heavy sanctions and dire consequences if they dared to invade Ukraine.

The civil war has seen over 14,000 people killed and many atrocities committed by both sides. This has included the downing of the Malaysia MH17 flight, which saw 283 people killed including 80 children, and 15 crew members, and the burning down of the Odessa Trade Unions Building, where at least 36 separatists were burned to death by far-right nationalists.

Frequent heavy shelling by the western forces and far-right militias have seen many towns in the breakaway republics reduced to rubble, with schools and even kindergartens struck by rockets, sometimes deliberately, such as this one in the settlement of Stanytsia Luhanska.

Speaking as part of a televised address to the nation on Monday evening, the Russian President, Vladimir Putin, signed the decree recognising the republics as independent states. He said that:
I deem it necessary to make a decision that should have been made a long time ago to immediately recognize the Donetsk (DPR) and Lugansk (LPR) People’s Republics.”
This came in a speech he gave in which he listed multiple reasons why the republics in the Donbass region of Ukraine should gain independence. These are the regions that have been fighting a war with the far-right Ukrainian government forces, that the USA helped install in the Maidan coup, during 2014.

Putin spoke about the regime now in control of Ukraine in which he slammed them for "extreme nationalism", "Nazism" and "Russophobia" pointing to the shutting down of Russian-language news outlets and laws he said that discriminated against Russian speakers in Ukraine..

The head of state also alleged that Kiev is sending saboteurs to target Russian infrastructure and attempting to "drag foreign states into conflict with our country". He also said that Ukraine's ambitions to join NATO would mean an "immediate threat of attack against our country.

This decision was met with massive celebrations across the Donbass region of Ukraine with firework displays and Russian flag waving which you can watch on this link.

This comes after a period in which Russia had been trying to negotiate security terms with NATO over their constant expansion despite being a Cold War alliance, which both Russia and China have noted, is a war that is long over. Russia wanted assurances that NATO would deny membership to Ukraine and any other former Soviet countries, as well as to roll back the alliance's military deployments in Central and Eastern Europe.

This was not something NATO agreed to, and it set off the latest in a long line of developments which saw a massive build-up of Russian forces on the border of Ukraine, western nations removing diplomats and warning citizens to leave the country, and then yesterday the events that led to the UN Security Council meeting held late Monday night.

The day started off with news from Russia that FSB agents had stopped and killed five members of a Ukrainian sabotage group by FSB border guard forces for attempting to illegally cross the Russian border. This was either a ruse by NATO to goad Russia into attacking Ukraine, or the "false flag" attack that the US/UK Axis of War had been talking about for weeks. Either way, it has seemed to create the excuse that Russia has used for its actions.

Earlier in the day Putin reportedly told his security council it was "necessary to consider an appeal from the leaders of two breakaway regions in eastern Ukraine for Russia to recognize them as independent.", Putin had called the situation in Eastern Ukraine where fighting continues, a genocide and he considered the people of Ukraine part of Russia's heart and soul.
"I would like to reiterate that Ukraine is just not our neighboring country. It’s an integral part of our history, culture, and spiritual space...they are comrades, dear ones, not just colleagues, not just those who used to serve in the army but also relatives. Those who tied up with us in family and blood ties."

He went on to criticize the US-led coup that has started this whole situation on his border: "Those who seized the power and keep the power in Kiev we demand to stop hostilities immediately. Otherwise, all responsibility for the possible continuation of the bloodbath will be on the consciences of the regime that is ruling in Kiev."
These were Putin's words as he later signed a historical document to recognise the two breakaway regions as independent statelets, defying western warnings that such a step would be illegal and kill off long-running peace negotiations.

You can watch Putin signing the documents below.

While the treaties of friendship and cooperation between Russia and the newly recognized republics of Donetsk and Lugansk are still in the draft stage, the Russian State Duma still released the proposed documents on Monday, showing that they will include common defense against external aggression and the right to use each other’s military infrastructure, among other things.

However after the treaties were signed, Putin ordered the Russian military to “secure the peace” in the newly recognized Donetsk and Lugansk republics, and Russian troops started pouring into the regions.

Now we don't know what is going to happen next apart from a few things but I do hope the West, especially here in Europe where we are facing, rising heating costs doesn't do something stupid like stopping the Nordstream2 pipeline that has been built to bring extra and much-needed gas to Germany and Europe, without going through Ukraine.

Their existing pipeline that runs through the country has been a constant source of grief between the two countries as Russia has constantly complained that Ukraine is not only stealing gas but owes them money for gas they have not paid for.

Russia cut off the gas for a few days back in 2006 and 2009, after Russia accused Ukraine of diverting £14.5 million worth of gas intended for other European countries, and we ALL felt it. We do not want that to happen again.

Gazprom, Russia's state energy group, cut natural gas deliveries to Ukraine on 1st January 2009 after a long dispute over unpaid bills and prices for this year's supplies, and their chief spokesman, Sergei Kupriyanov, said Kiev is now threatening deliveries
"The Ukrainian side has openly admitted that it is stealing gas, and it is not even ashamed of this fact."
Last year, gas delivered to Europe through Ukrainian pipelines fell by 25% and fears of further disruptions have ramped up with the buildup of Russian troops near the Ukrainian border.

I think Russia would only be too happy to start delivering gas we could have had to China instead. Due to their close relationship and recent cutting down of transactions in US dollars from 90% to 51% in 2019any financial sanctions put on Russia for this move will probably be negated by the fact that the world still needs their gas.

Not only does the US buy Russian gas and oil (12-26 million barrels per month in 2021), as well as Europe, but as retaliation to any sanctions, Russia could also close their airspace to Western planesquit the International Space Station, and decrease their use of the dollar for financial transactions even more.

The BRICS grouping of Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa have already announced that the new BRICS New Development Bank will move away from using US dollars in loans, and will introduce the BRICSPay system to allow nationals of their countries to make payments in their own currencies to also avoid the US dollar.

So why is Russia doing this?

Well if anybody remembers recent history it was the US-led coup in Ukraine that removed a Russian-friendly corrupt leader only to replace him with a Western-friendly corrupt leader during the Maidan uprising that ignited recent troubles.

The west helped to install a far-right government in Ukraine during 2014 and Ukraine's desire to leave the Russian sphere of influence, instead wanting to join both NATO and the EU, kicked the ball down the hill that has led to this point in time.

Anyone who knows World War II history doesn't need reminding that many Ukrainians, celebrated the German invasion of the USSR during Operation Barbarossa, and even joined up to fight the Soviets during their invasion into the USSR. Therefore the Russians rightly fear being invaded once more from Ukraine, and especially fear far-right NAZI's who killed 40 million+ men, women, and children during World War II.

The recent Ukrainian coup in 2014 was led by Victoria Nuland, US President Barack Obama's agent at least during the month of February when it climaxed. She was famously caught on a call saying "Fuck the EU", who were hoping for a democratic and less corrupt future government for Ukraine.

Instead, Nuland instructed America's Ambassador in Ukraine, Jeffrey Pyatt to choose the rabidly anti-Russian, and far-right, Arseniy Yatsenyuk as the new President to run the now clearly fascist country on Russia's border.

As you can see from this picture of some far-right Ukrainian soldiers during the coup who are openly proud of their NAZISM, they were only too happy to go off to the more Russian east to fight and kill the citizens that lived there.

Now to understand why Russia is so pissed off with NATO expansion and a future where Ukraine was a member of NATO, and why the US keeps pushing for NATO expansion, we need to go back to 1989 when the fall of the Berlin Wall occurred and then the fall of the Soviet Union.

Although many people have heard the broken promise of the then US Secretary of State James Baker who gave an assurance to Mikhail Gorbachev that NATO would not expand “not one inch eastward during a meeting on February 9, 1990. Many have not realised who else gave the Soviets the same promise so that they would roll out of Eastern Europe.

Declassified documents now reveal that Gorbachev only accepted German reunification, which the Soviet Union had a legal right to veto under treaty from not only James Baker but also President George H.W. Bush, West German foreign minister Hans-Dietrich Genscher, West German Chancellor Helmut Kohl, the CIA Director Robert Gates, French President Francois Mitterrand, British Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher, British foreign minister Douglas Hurd, British Prime Minister John Major, and NATO secretary-general Manfred Woerner.

So, one can imagine how angry the Russians must be with the current situation, having NATO bases all around them, with so many Western leaders breaking that promise not to expand, and facing the threat of Ukraine, the ex-Soviet Republic, joining NATO and having nuclear weapons on their border facing directly at them.

One must ask the obvious question. Why is it that the US thinks that it is so "exceptional", that it can impose its will through International bodies, banks, and its military on other countries?

It invades them under false pretences, with fake claims of "spreading democracy", or "Human Rights Abuses", and to those, it cannot invade, it imposes sanctions. Why does the US feel such a moral superiority when in fact they have spent the last 100+ years installing Right-Wing dictators and overthrowing left-wing governments all over the globe, and causing millions of deaths and executions from their US-trained death squads at the School of the Americas?

The USA would certainly not appreciate being surrounded by Russian or Chinese bases and having nuclear missiles faced at them as seen by the Cuba crisis in the '60s. However, they expect other countries that they constantly use as scapegoats for election losses, hack attempts, and Human Rights abuses to suffer the same indignation.

When only weeks ago Russia said that it was considering deploying troops in Venezuela and Cuba amid growing U.S.-Russia tensions over Ukraine, the US went almost ballistic. U.S. National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan told reporters that the United States would respond "decisively" if Russia were to actually send troops to those countries.

So it seems what is good for the goose is not good for the gander, and only the US and its NATO allies have the right to security, without worrying about countries they consider enemies, having troops, and possibly nuclear weapons near their own borders.

When you consider that Russia has been invaded 3 times from the west in the last 200+ years from Napolean, to World War 1 and 2, with the last invasion being NAZI's, with Ukrainian help, you can only realise why it is so important for Russia to feel secure in their borders and not have NATO pointing guns at them from their front door.

If Russia cannot get basic security guarantees from the west, and as history shows the only words they hear about NATO have been lies about not moving eastwards. Then you can only come to the conclusion that their latest actions of bringing troops into the newly independent statelets as peacekeepers, make perfect sense for them, whatever the cost that the US and its allies impose on them for them doing so.

Whether cool heads are used in this situation or hot-headed ones I can only hope for the former but fully expect the latter from recent western media reporting on the situation.

However, with Russia and China having such a close relationship, I would not be surprised if China also recognises these statelets at the UN meeting that has been called for by Ukraine, the United States, and six other countries. This meeting is currently being held, as the US and its allies talk about cutting Russia off from the US-controlled Swift International Banking system

However, the SWIFT banking system, as earlier noted, is something that Russia and China have been using less and less lately, as well as the petrodollar. They have decided instead to conduct transactions in their own currencies rather than allow the US to export its inflation across the globe as it prints trillions of dollars and increases its debt to points that cannot ever be paid off.

We can only wait and see what the response from the US and NATO is, and then the response Russia replies with. When it comes to playing strategic chess, I think Putin would easily beat Biden, and he would have considered all these potential sanctions and threats before he made his move earlier yesterday.

You can read this article from last year in which Russia states that it is ready to be cut off from SWIFT, so I guess that they already have an alternative if that is part of the US response to Putin's actions. I only hope that it doesn't come at a too high cost for us in Europe as I am pretty sure the US doesn't care whether we spend the winter freezing if Russia cuts off our gas in retaliation. So I really hope they have a backup plan to keep Europe warm if Nord Stream 2 is not operational.

Update - Oct 1st 2022

The Nord Stream 1 and 2 pipelines have both been blown up causing a massive environmental disaster due to being full of gas. Of course, stupid fingers pointed at Russia who could have easily turned the taps off at Gazprom HQ but US ships were seen in the local area carrying out underwater exercises, and apparently, they wanted to de-industrialise their biggest partner in Europe, Germany, and stop their reliance on cheap Russian gas that made them a competitor to the US.

Plus it removed any Russian leverage over the EU who may have wanted to not have thousands of people freeze to death this winter by turning the taps back on as many protests have been occurring in Germany by angry citizens all demanding to turn Nord Stream 2 on so that businesses wouldn't close, rolling blackouts would not occur and people who were going into the woods to chop down trees for old fashioned wood burning fires could stop.
