Does money buy the biggest sporting event in the world now?

Does money buy the biggest sporting event in the world now?

By Dark Politricks

As the World Cup gets on its way tonight with the first match between hosts Brazil and Croatia, we should remember that FIFA who run World Football, are mired in scandal, bribery and backhanders.

Investigations by the Sunday Times have shown that leading members of FIFA took bribes to vote for the outrageous bid by the Qatar to hold the World Cup in 2022.

In fact important figures in world football are already voicing their support for a 2022 World Cup re-vote if FIFA finds that new allegations voters were bribed are true.

Forgetting that the whole concept of playing football in 50℃ heat is mad!

I can remember the 1994 USA World Cup with players almost fainting in the heat, water bottles being thrown onto the pitch, and lazy slow football being played due to tired out players.

How Qatar is supposed to hold an event without building air-conditioned football stadiums, and I am sure some people are already thinking along those lines, I don't know.

It seems the only way players will be able to run for 90 minutes, let alone entertain a dry crowd due to the absence of alcohol and the seemingly necessity of supporters to consume large amounts of it before and after games.

Will Qatar make an exception and open its arms to thousands of England and Dutch fans who want to drink beer from noon to night or will they make examples of supporters caught drunk and doing the usual antics found at any major football event?

The Sunday Times investigation found that Qatar's top football official, Mohammed bin Hammam, used a slush fund of $5m to bribe FIFA officials with 25 FIFA delegates receiving $200,000 in cash after being flown out to Malaysia to discuss the bid.

The same disgraced and now banned official paid cash into the Presidents of 30 African football associations to get their votes and that even more cash was handed out just before the vote that was met with disbelief from other bidding nations.

This included England who lost out to Russia in the same bidding process for the 2018 World Cup. They had even brought in Royalty with Prince William alongside David Beckham leading the bid.

Even the UK PM was angry at the decision and claimed they had been lied to.
He said: “Every person we met whether it was the head of the FA in this part of the world, or that part of the world, they all said, ‘Yes, of course we’re going to vote for England to host the World Cup’, and then they voted completely the other way. We ended up, I think, with one vote.
“I’ll always remember Beckham saying to me, ‘I can cope with being lied to, but I can’t cope with people lying to the Prime Minister and the future king’.
However allegations of bribery at FIFA are not new and they have followed FIFA President Sepp Blatter for years and he stuck two fingers up at the investigation and his critics when he announced recently his decision to run for a sixth terms as the top dog in World Football and said the attacks on FIFA were all down to racism by UK investigations by the Sunday Times.

The head of the English football association, Lord Triesman, stood up in Parliament on Wednesday and used his parliamentary privilege to attack FIFA as a "mafia" and call Blatter corrupt.
"FIFA, I'm afraid, behaves like a mafia family. It has a decades-long tradition of bribes, bungs and corruption," he said during a debate in the House of Lords, according to Sky News. "Systematic corruption underpinned by non-existent investigations where most of the accused are exempt from the investigation make it impossible to proceed."
However it is not just FIFA who puts money first when it comes to football.  As football fans around the world get ready for tonight's first game between Brazil and Croatia in a country who has won the World Cup 5 times already, not every Brazilian will be cheering.

Brazil itself has been mired in scandal and protests for putting their World Cup bid in front of the needs of millions of poor Brazilians.

Protests and riots have been common place in a country where many believe the money lavished on holding the World Cup should have been spent on social programmes instead.

Protests in Brazil

From a recent USA today article:
The World Cup also is producing an outpouring of anger over the $11.3 billion the government plans to spend on the tournament when the once-booming economy has slowed, major cities are choked by traffic gridlock, public hospitals and schools remain underfunded and millions of Brazilians live in extreme poverty.
Last June, more than a million people in dozens of cities around the country took to the streets to protest an increase in ticket prices for public transportation. In recent months, teachers went on strike in Rio de Janeiro, bus drivers went on strike in São Paulo and police officers went on strike in 14 Brazilian states. This week, security forces used tear gas to break up a strike of subway workers in São Paulo.
So future World Cups have already been marked as being rigged and bought and paid for with cash and FIFA has done itself no favours with it's corrupt bidding process and it's attitude to the investigations into the scandals.

Sepp Blatter obviously wants a job for life as the top man of World Football and who can blame him when he gets paid so well whenever a major tournament comes around.

So whilst the slums of São Paulo are cleared so that the city can look nice to tourists and immigrant workers die in Qatar to build the stadiums in slave like conditions, we should remember that not everyone will be happy when the first whistle is blown tonight in Brazil.

David Icke And The The Greatest Story Ever Told

David Icke And The The Greatest Story Ever Told

By Dark Politricks darkpolitricks.com

If you have the time I suggest watching this talk given by David Icke.

It is almost 5 hours long and posted by Oblivion TV.

Anyway the talk goes from the ancient history of the earth all the way to our modern sheep like slave lives and how we can set ourselves free.

David talks about the ancient technology that existed thousands of years ago, the religious stories, the history of the ancient world and the hidden knowledge that has been kept from us to be held in the hands of the few that control us to this very day.

He even describes how our modern leaders already have the knowledge to cure Cancer, create vegetation in deserts, own technology to heat and power our houses without fossil fuels at a fraction of the price and much more besides. He also talks about how the CIA and other agencies keep this knowledge from us to control us.

He winds back all the way to the Annukai, our supposed "Gods", which the Sumerian texts reveal in intricate detail.

If you haven't heard it before then you should know that the Bible is just a re-hash of these older texts and that the original tablets were interpreted by Zecharia Sitchin who treated them as literal history rather than allegories and metaphors.

This was probably due to some of the very modern like images on these tablets. These included people in flying machines looking exactly like pilots in planes or airships as well as stories of genetic manipulation. The story goes that these ancient astronauts created test tube babies by mixing their own genes with those of our own primitive races to become their worker race. The purer bloodlines went on to become the royal families and rich banksters we all know and hate.

David Icke has some slightly different theories than Sitchin who first came up with the Ancient Astronaut story of our birth on this planet.

Sitchin believed that a "wandering planet" named Nibiru came into our solar system thousands of years ago and one of it's moons collided with a planet causing the now current asteroid belt. It would make sense, those million pieces of tiny rocks didn't come from nowhere.

However David has an alternative theory involving Venus which explains the "great flood" that occurred on Earth as well as the starting of agriculture on earth at great heights - which would make sense if a large part of the world is covered by water. This is the great flood talked about in the Sumerian texts as well as the Bible and other ancient stories which are re-hashes of older versions.

David believes that two advanced races came to earth, one from Mars, the white race, and the Annukai a reptilian race who interbred. It was these bloodlines that went on to become our kings and royalty, the keepers of hidden knowledge and therefore power over the common person.

This "white race" is the name for Caucasians, due to them coming from the Caucasus mountains, and they entered Europe becoming the European Caucasian white race. Included in this race were the interbred Annukai blood lines who controlled us through their knowledge and hidden power. However I don't want to leave it to me to speak for David and whilst some call him a crank for believing in reptilian blood lines his talks are compelling. A large part even makes sense when you look around us and then compare our "peak of modern technology" to the ancient Pyramids, 80 ton rocks slotted together without a crack between them in Syria, and ancient pictures drawn into the grounds of Peru that could only be seen from the sky.

It is clear from watching talks given by Jim Marrs, David Icke and others that our ancient relatives were not so primitive at all.

How and why I will leave that up to you to decide but before writing off any of these historians and revisionists as cranks I suggest watching their talks and then reading up on their theories first.

Some things on this planet just do not add up, including our ancient history, previous civilisations, and how amazing and sophisticated cultures just sprang out of nowhere such as Egypt and Sumer.

There has to be an answer somewhere and at least some people are trying to find one that will set us free from our chains of bondage. These chains are due to occult knowledge held in the hands of the few.

If you really want to be free you need to know how you came to be in bondage in the first place. Listening to alternative views is a good place to start.

The EU Debate - Nick Clegg versus Nigel Farage

The EU Debate - Nick Clegg versus Nigel Farage

By Dark Politricks

Over the last two weeks Nigel Farage and Nick Clegg have been debating whether we should leave the EU on radio and TV.

Of course you might have missed these debates on TV as they haven't really been highlighted in the TV schedules.

The leader of the UKIP, Nigel Farage, the bloke you would have a pint with but doesn't have a single MP in the UK Parliament debated Nick Clegg, the deputy PM, who will have hardly any MP's after the next election due to his broken promises and propping up of Tory austerity policies.

Two non-entities you may say, except the EU elections are coming up soon and UKIP always do very well in them and will undoubtedly probably beat both the Lib-Dems and the Tories if current polling is correct.

The sad thing is that with such an important question to be debated the leaders of the real two parties who have actual  influence in our national parliament couldn't be bothered to debate such an important question.

Our PM, David Cameron, and the cartoon character that calls himself the leader of the opposition Ed Milliband didn't even think it was worth debating the EU and letting the British public have their opinions on whether it is better to be in or out of the EU.

For those of you who missed it the first debate was on LBC radio and shown on Sky News and the second debate was on the BBC.

From polls carried out after the debates Nigel Farage won by a ratio of 3 to 1.

A YouGov poll: Farage 68%, Clegg 27% A ICM poll: Farage 69, Clegg 31%

Read more about the results of the debate here.

Who won the debate?

The European Union In Or Out debate

For your nightly entertainment I have included some videos to the debates so that you can watch the two debates between Nigel Farage and Nick Clegg.

One political figure on the rise and one on the slide to the bottom. I will let you decide which is which.

One, Nigel Farage, is perfectly happy to be the outspoken, friendless EU MP who wants to actually do himself out of a job by shutting the whole shop down.

Nick Clegg on the other hand who has never had a real job apart from politiking at various levels (unlike Nigel) will cling onto the EU whether they turn into a EU super-state, with its own army, forcing NATO on broke countries it tricks into joining such as the Ukraine.

All whilst people in Spain and Greece and even Ireland and the UK suffer due to the EU being so broke and harsh austerity measures being imposed on us.

Remember Nick Clegg used to work in the EU so he probably is expecting to get a cushy paycheck once he is kicked out of Westminster at the next election.

He has already proven himself a liar by breaking the one promise that his key constituents (students and the young) voted for him in the last election e.g no increases in University Student Fees, plus the much vaunted "Freedom Bill" which turned from a fine bill restoring the public's rights in a UK Police State to a law that prevented cars from being clamped.

In fact you can compare the original Freedom Bill here which was very quickly taken down from the Liberal Democrats websites as soon as they realized their "Protection of Freedoms Bill" was a watered down piece of toilet paper!

Whatever you think about the EU, I have never had a vote on whether I wanted to be in the EU, let alone the common market, the Euro, The Lisbon Treaty or any of the other treaties that have taken our national powers away from us bit by bit over the last few decades.

Therefore whether you want to be in Europe or not you should at least want a say in your own future.

Whatever you think about these two politicians at least they have the balls unlike the other leaders of the Labour and Tory party to talk in public about such important matters.

What would the USA do if they were the Ukraine and Russians were stirring up trouble in their country?

What would the USA do if they were the Ukraine and Russians were stirring up trouble in their country?

By Dark Politricks

Can you imagine if what was occurring in the Ukraine was happening in the USA or the UK?

Policeman killed by ultra nationalists and anti-Semite thugs being put into positions of power with the help of AIPAC bought and paid for US politicians such as John McCain?

It just goes to show how the US and Europe doesn't give a shit about using nationalist thugs and anti-semites to carry out their agenda when it means they can ebb away at Russian borders. However at home, if you dare criticise Israel you are called an anti-semite - square than one if you please?

Here is proof of John McCain meeting ultra nationalist far right leaders in Kiev recently.

What right does a US politician have to enter another country and demand changes in leadership?

John McCain Oleh Tyahnybok Here is John McCain in the Ukraine meeting (on his right) far right leader Oleh Tyahnybok in Independence Square in Kiev, Ukraine, Sunday, Dec. 15, 2013.

Can you imagine if Russian politicians turned up in Washington or London and stood with the BNP or Klu Klux Klan and demanded that the constitutionally elected President of the country stood down so that ultra nationalist thugs could take their place?

Here is one of the thugs John McCain and EU leaders want to put into positions of power threatening officials in their offices. Aleksandr Muzychko a radical Ukrainian nationalist leader lashed out at a local prosecutor with obscene language, punches and threats claiming the prosecutors were “sabotaging” their job.

“Shut the f**k up, you b*tch! Your f**king time is over,” he uttered, threatening to rope the clerk like a dog and lead him to the people on Maidan.

This “activist,” is an ex Chechen fighter who fought against Russian troops and recently branded his Kalashnikov in front of regional authorities goading them and threatening them to "try to take it away from me".

He is also on record for making openly anti-Semitic statements as are many of the far right "protestors" who have been killing and beating policeman, shooting at politicians and rioting on a daily basis for months now.

Here are just a few photos of "demonstrators" attacking the Ukraine police.

If the US can pinch the noses of peaceful students sitting on the ground to spray pepper spray down their throats, then can can you imagine the response of US police if protesters sprayed pepper spray at THEM, or battered them as they are doing in the Ukraine by Occupy or Tea Party protesters?

They would have been shot on the spot.

Ukrainian protester sprays pepper spray at policeman

Protestors defy ban on protesting by the Ukraine government

Protester kicks rank of Ukrainian police

Now I am not saying that the Ukrainian president who is on the run and has just given a press conference on RT.com is perfect.

He banned protests and allowed policemen to kill many of the protesters. However the people who the west is trying to put into power so that they can milk their assets and drain them through IMF loans are no better.

This whole scheme has been devised to split Ukraine from Russia who would offer them a much better deal than the EU is offering and get them into the western sphere of influence and most importantly NATO. This was something that explicitly stated would NOT happen when Gorbachev and Reagan had their meetings and the Soviet Union split up.

The west promised not to encroach on Russian areas of influence but this has blatantly been broken as the USA realised they were the only super power and believed they could do as they pleased despite previous agreements.

First Georgia became a US proxy after a "colour" revolution, and with US/Israeli help tested the Russian military when they killed peace keepers and bombed the breakaway territory of South Ossetia during the start of the Chinese Olympics in 2008. However Russia proved the west wrong and humiliated them in this illegal war and now half of South Ossetia is under Russian control.

The West then moved into the southern states of Russia, building air bases, using their proxy Islamic terrorists to stir up trouble and then invading Afghanistan to get even more air bases, surrounding Russia, plus the plan of an oil pipeline to rival the Russian one bringing gas and oil to Europe and ports in the south.

It just amazes me that people like Catherine Ashton (EU) and John McCain, who are against nationalism at home are prepared to enter a sovereign country, talk to neo-nazis (people they would never talk to at home), and stir up trouble in a country they have no business being in.

If I was Putin, I would invade Ukraine right now, at least the eastern half and Crimea who wants to stay connected to Russia, and then see what balls the NATO agitators really have.

I cannot believe the US or Europe want to cause shit with Russia when they need their help with Syria and Iran so I doubt they would do anything if that happened apart from make loud noises and thump their chests.

However Putin can see his country being surrounded by the west (NATO) and from a historical perspective (watch Oliver Stones untold history of the United States) if you want some context. The Russians are paranoid to the extreme about being invaded due to being attacked so many times in the past.

Remember whilst the UK and US lost less than a million men in World War II, Russia lost over 20 million! Whatever you are taught in school about World War II, the US/UK did not win the war in Europe, Russia did. They beat us to Berlin and they destroyed the majority of the German army.

Also they were invaded by the Germans twice in the 20th century (World War I and II) and before that by Napoleon.

There is a saying in Russia, "give a German a gun and before long they will turn it at Russia". If you don't know your history then you should note that when Germany invaded the Ukraine in WWII, many Ukrainians treated them as liberators and even joined their ranks to fight the Soviets.

Therefore the neo-nazi element in the Ukraine has been around for a long time and Russia has a right to fear it.

If the west is so keen to allow neo-nazis to take power in a state that they want to join NATO and the EU then we must ask ourselves, are we becoming a fascist empire or do we just have no morals when it comes to taking over countries by any means necessary.

For more info read about Gladio 2 (Sibel Edmonds) and how the US used nationalists to other throw regimes in the 80's and 90's and then changed to Islamic extremists when it suited them (al-Qaeda, al-Nusra Front etc).

This is the first part of the 5 part series with James Corbett. For the others go to this youtube.com link.
