My own thoughts on the American love of guns and the 2nd Amendment

My own thoughts on the American love of guns and the 2nd Amendment

By Dark Politricks

After all the furor of the last few weeks and the Sandy Hook shootings and the media debate afterwards what I want to know is what level of tyranny do Americans feel is enough to break the barrier and make their cherished 2nd Amendment useful.

As we are constantly told the 2nd Amendment is not so Americans can go hunting ducks with M16's or use their AK47's for shooting tin cans off the garden wall - no it's for preventing an over reaching, tyrannical government from taking control of their country.

As Thomas Jefferson said in 1803:
"None but an armed nation can dispense with a standing army. To keep ours armed and disciplined is therefore at all times important."
There are many levels to this debate and you can go on many tacks including:

1. American citizens have voted for the Congressmen and President that has then taken away their civil liberties. Therefore in a democracy the majority have spoken and it is their own fault for participating in their own loss of liberty and  freedom.

2. Obama is in no way like Hitler, Mao or Stalin. They just declared their laws and the deed was done. They didn't have to battle for years in the Congress and Senate to get a health-care plan watered down and then passed after multiple compromises with political opponents. If Obama was truly a dictator he would have just clicked his fingers and used one of the "signing statements" to make "it so", so to speak. A dictator doesn't give in to an elected body he just says what he wants and it gets done.

3. For personal reasons I wouldn't like to live in a country full of guns. For one I would probably be dead, in a wheelchair or in prison by now after my teenage tearaway years. The other is that I know in the UK, although more violent than the USA (as a recent study showed) at least when we fall out of the bars drunk we fight with our fists and not guns. With our love of alcohol and a plentiful supply of guns we would see every town high street full of dead bodies every weekend. That's not even thinking about our bent dodgy police who I have seen on more than one occasion batter someone for no good reason. Bart Transport Police incidents would be occurring every day and I am thankful I have managed to fight our cops with my fists after they have attacked a young girl with batons just for walking out of a club with a beer, and didn't end up with a bullet in my back. They knew they were in the wrong and 12 of us were let go without charge in the morning all gun shot free. Our criminals are even having to rent guns due to the short supply and most guns used in crimes have already been used in previous crimes and are only re-activated de-commisioned guns - likely to go off in your own hand as it is to fire properly anyway.

4. America has the most sophisticated and well equipped armed forces in the world. Despite the wishes of the founding fathers that there would be no standing army during peace time it seems the USA has got round this by engaging in a period of permanent war. The armed forces have replaced the militias and does any American think their handgun or automatic would take down an Apache helicopter if they turned on the citizens? What level of weapon should a citizen have anyway? Where does it say they can only have certain types of guns and not RPG's or even anti-aircraft weapons? Where is the line drawn?

However ignore all that and just think that YOU ARE ALREADY LIVING UNDER TYRANNY!
Therefore why crow on about the real reason of the 2nd Amendment when you have done NOTHING to stop the rise of tryany over the last 10 years.

Ever since 9.11 you have:
Therefore if you don't think that a few of these facts, out of many others I could have listed,  on their own reach the bar of tyranny that you are so fond of protecting then what level does the bar have to be raised for you to use to the 2nd Amendment as you see it designed?

Either stop voting for scoundrels and liars OR take people like Ron Paul, Bob Barr, Dennis KucinichGary Johnson, Jill Stein and many other politicians seriously.

These are just a few people from all ends of the political spectrum who believe the US has already entered this realm of tyranny in which the CIA/NSA, banksters and warmongers have already won over the common person and that serious reform is needed to roll back this Amerikan police state.

Either there is no level it can be raised to and you will accept all forms of tyranny and you just need to admit that you really really like your guns and just shooting shit. OR you honestly believe in the 2nd Amendment.

If it's the latter then I really want to know - what will it take for you to do something?

The new world of Too Big To Prosecute Banks

The new world of Too Big To Prosecute Banks

By Dark Politricks

Whether you are from the right or the left. A libertarian or Socialist. A person of religion or atheist. It should be clear from all the reports on this site and the many other #altnews (alternative news) sites that a globalist attack on the common person is occurring and probably already here and flourishing.

Guns are only a small part of it and whether you are against gun control in the USA or for it there is no stopping the two tier system that is being constructed around us with every terrorist attack, new domestic spy agency, the war on our liberty and now the two levels of law that plainly exist between us and the too big to prosecute banks.

This was proven the other day when it was basically admitted that HSBC was too big to be prosectued or have people go to jail for their behaviour when  they were caught out breaking numerous embargos, banking with Iran, using Mexican Drug Cartel money and basically being the "bank for terrorists" even going so far as to tell Iranian banks how to format digital transfers so that the USA would not spot and block them.

Just so you don't think I would make something like this up. Here is an extract from the New York Times:
LAST month, HSBC admitted in court pleadings that it had allowed big Mexican and Colombian drug cartels to launder at least $881 million.
The bank also admitted to using various schemes to move hundreds of millions of dollars to nations subject to trade sanctions, including Iran, Cuba and Sudan, in violation of the Trading With the Enemy Act. “On at least one occasion,” according to a statement by Assistant Attorney General Lanny A. Breuer, “HSBC instructed a bank in Iran on how to format payment messages so that the transactions would not be blocked or rejected by the United States.
Those were some of the transgressions uncovered during a two-year investigation led by the Justice and Treasury Departments and acknowledged by HSBC in a settlement, known as a deferred prosecution agreement, that was filed in a federal court in December.
Not a single executive was charged with a crime. Instead, the bank paid $1.9 billion in fines and forfeitures — or roughly 10 percent of the pretax profits it earned in just 2010, one of the more than five years during which it admitted to criminal conduct.
There are now banks that are too big to fail and now with HSBC banks that are too big to prosecute!

Whereas we mere mortals can be hauled up to the local courts for non payment of our loans and mortgages and are charged high fees by our banks when we miss a direct debit or go over drawn we are playing on a very uneven playing field.

We are playing against banks who know that they can take our savings and pensions and gamble them on the worlds biggest casinos e.g Wall St and the London Stock Exchange.

They all know that if they land on black whilst betting red the tax payers of the countries they bet in will be forced to bail them out.

Now with the "Too Big To Prosecute" Banks like HSBC, we have banks that know that they can circumvent laws a normal business cannot, take and launder drug money or even give the local terrorists loyalty cards for being such good customers.

They won't end up in court like you or me.

They have reached the pinnacle of globalist entities where national laws no longer apply and being an international entity is protection enough from countries wishing to stop their illegal behaviour.

These global monsters are eating up our economies and whilst the poor are being over taxed, worked to death and losing their side of the social contract left, right and centre the swinging doors between business and government allows these beasts to do as they want.

We often heard during the banking crisis that the only real liquidity in the system at the time was drug money and I suspect that the reason HSBC isn't going to be punished is down to the knowledge by politicians that it was this drug money that was keeping the house of cards that we call our global economic system from toppling over.

As that recent article by Washington said:
  • There are two systems of justice in America … one for the big banks and other fatcats, and one for everyone else. See thisthisthis and this.
  • The system is rigged to allow the big banks to commit continuous and massive fraud, and then to pay small fines as the “cost of doing business”. As Nobel prize winning economist Joseph Stiglitz noted years ago:
The HSBC scandal is just another nail in the coffin of capitalism and the myth that we all live under the same rule of law and can expect to be treated evenly and fairly by  the courts if ever convicted of a crime.
We are living under a globalist Corporatocracy in which global entities can ignore local tax codes by placing their headquarters in tax havens and threaten whole governments that they will just up sticks and move if threatened with over bearing rules and regulations.

Dastardly threats that should they have to play by the same rules as all of us or even have to pay an extra tiny tax on their high frequency trading, trading that means computers trade against others causing huge dips in markets, they will just move to a more "lax" climate. As if there were any more lax places left for them to go.

If you are foolish enough to think that your money is safely invested in one of these bankster operations then you are an idiot.

All we are to these monstrosities is extra spending cash for the casino and if your rich enough to trade properly at big enough amounts then you are just a series of trades to be jumped in front of by the super computers wired up to the trading floor. All so that the Morgan Stanleys and Goldman Sachs of the world can front run you and make money of their knowledge of your own business dealings.

They are no longer companies who's aim is to make money for their customers. No their aim is now to make money for themselves by using their customers as tools to aid them with their illicit and immoral money making schemes.

This is not capitalism.

This is not even socialism, apart from when the banks fail and get disproportionate hand outs by us tax payers.

This is a mix of gangsterism and fraud all signed off and under written by your very own government.
The more of us who understand this new business model we are now living within the better.

Whether you are from Occupy Wall St or a Tea Party follower you should be just as disgusted as the rest of us who see what is happening in front of us on the daily news channels.

In this new world we are all just worker ants getting ready to serve the Queen for low wages, low benefits and no equality under the law when it all goes tits up.

We are living in a new feudal system in which the hope of King John signing a new Magna Carta or a real Bill of Rights that applies to all of us equally being formed and kept to, is as far fetched as Piers Morgan actually being deported from the United States of America.

Welcome to the new century of too big to fail, too big to prosecute and too big to care a tiny shit about you and your inconsequential problems.

Alex Jones Please Calm Down So Your Points Get Across

Alex Jones Please Calm Down So Your Points Get Across

By Dark Politricks

After last weeks battle on prime time TV between Piers Morgan and Alex Jones  it has become a major talking point. It was a heated debate (on one side at least) that has been re-shown, mocked and repeated everywhere from blogs and news programs to satire shows like the Daily Show and beyond.

The question being asked is - did Alex Jones do more harm than good by going off on one of his manic rants at Piers Morgan?

Did he attempt his usual tactic of trying to claim to have facts on everything from A to Z. Far too many facts to explain in such a short period of time on TV, therefore the viewers probably didn't take many if any of  them in at all. All they went away with after the interview is the perception that Alex Jones was crazy for going off on one on Piers who remained calm throughout the interview.

Even worse - did he make Piers Morgan, a liar who's testimony at the Leveson Inquiry about Press Standards and phone hacking has been called "utterly unpersuasive." by the Judge himself seem like an honest, sensible and well balanced person?

I used to listen to the Alex Jones radio show over the web and on pod-casts until I got so fed up with hearing the same adverts about survival food stocks over and over again that it just became a pointless exercise in hurting my ears with advertising.

I have seen the rants, I have seen the madness but I have also read some of the articles, the history and the evidence he constantly claims to have to back up his sometimes "heated" debates. He is not always right and he is most definitely not always wrong. People need to look past any first impressions and research for themselves anything he says.

No one should make up your own mind but yourself.

That means not Alex, not Piers or anyone else on the mainstream media but yourself after reading a balanced view of history. Keeping in mind that history is usually written by the winners and that conspiracies do and continue to exist and have done since the beginning of time.

If only Alex could practise some form of Yoga or meditation to calm himself down before going on the mainstream media he would pass himself over a lot better.

It is not good to be ripped apart on satire shows as he was on the recent Daily Show where he was being portrayed as just a right wing crazy nut job who thinks Obama is the new Hitler ready to come for your guns.

The problem with Alex Jones and his argument over gun control is two fold.

1. He does actually have facts and evidence coming out of his behind. The problem is, whether you believe them or not he does not put them over in such a way that people will catch everything he says.

He would have done much better during the interview with Piers Morgan to stick to the single salient point that the UK, a country where the population has no guns, does actually have a higher violent crime rate than the USA a country filled to the brim with guns.

This was proven in a recent study published today that said:
Britain has a higher crime rate than any other rich nation except Australia, according to a survey yesterday and the chances of having your car stolen are greater in England and Wales than anywhere else in the developed world.

According to the figures released in the report yesterday, 3.6 per cent of the population of England and Wales were victims of violent crime in 1999 - second only to Australia, where the figure was 4.1 per cent. However in the USA only 2 per cent of the population suffered an assault or robbery.

Also one out of every 40 people in England and Wales had their cars stolen in 1999, the highest rate in the 17 developed countries examined.
2. He needs to chill out before going on TV so that he cannot later be portrayed as crazy loon later on. When you are being shown in clips along with FOX TV presenters, Republican Tea Baggers and nutters who believe everything they see on TV without reading both sides first and coming up with their own opinions then you have lost the argument before you have even opened your mouth.

Take a valium, no in fact take a 100. Just do what you have to do so that you don't explode in anger and declare another war of independence like you did with Piers on CNN.

It is comments like that shouted in anger that will be shown over and over again on YouTube and MSM shows to repeatedly claim you are nothing more than a nutter no matter how much substance your argument has.

Whether you are on either side of the gun control argument you should read up about the facts first before making your OWN minds up.

And if you are going on TV - just take a chill pill first and don't overload the audience with facts.

Stick to one or two proven facts and debate them calmly and honestly. Then you can walk away knowing that you won't be derided from state to state for just being the bloke who wants to deport the known liar and phone hacker Piers Morgan and start a new revolution.

The interview between Alex Jones and Piers Morgan can be watched below.

Piers Morgan interviews Alex Jones over gun control

Piers Morgan interviews Alex Jones over gun control

By Dark Politricks

The CNN presenter Piers Morgan interviews radio host and liberty lover Alex Jones after his moves to get the British TV personality deported after his remarks on the 2nd amendment.

The comments came after Piers made comments on his show and on Twitter about introducing tougher gun control after the Sandy Hook school massacre which saw 20 children and 6 teachers die in another school rampage that once again split America down the middle between defenders of the constitution and the 2nd amendment and those who want to see tougher gun control regulations introduced.

The massacre saw 20 year old Adam Lanza use a variety of semi automatic weapons including the Bushmaster XM-15 rifle a 10mm Glock 20 SF handgun and a 9mm SIG Sauer handgun to kill his mother before entering the Sandy Hook Elementary School and killing pupils and staff before committing suicide.

This recent attack was the most deadliest school massacre after the 2007 Viginia Tech Massacre which saw 23 year old Seung-Hui Cho shoot and kill 32 people and injure 17 others.

On a side note, I know Americans are petitioning to have Piers Morgan deported but over here in the UK we really, really don't want him back so please send him somewhere else if you have to!

The interview debate between Alex Jones and Piers Morgan is below.

My end of year review - 2012

My end of year review - 2012

By Dark Politricks

Well the crazies who didn't bother to read the Mayan prophecy before declaring 2012 the end of the world were proved wrong.

However 2012 was certainly no reprieve from looming disasters that we seem to lurch drunkenly from like a Glaswegian drunk on Hogmanay. It has been an unmitigated disaster from all corners of perspective and from my own view point it doesn't seem to be getting better any time soon.

So if last year was Time magazines year of the protester what was 2012?

It was firstly the year that the Arab Spring turned into an Islamic winter.

From the dictator swap in Egypt from Mubarak to Mohamed Morsi to the Syrian civil war that see's the western backed Islamic rebels murder and massacre Christians and Muslims alike it seems that "the Western axis of war" hasn't learnt from their mistakes in Libya and are still trying to impose democracy (whatever that is) by the gun and the bomb.

It was not enough that Libya was an unmitigated failure with the country still caught up in under reported rebel gangs, armed with NATO weapons, fighting it out among each other, desecrating World War 2 British graveyards and murdering US ambassadors.

It seems that we have learnt nothing and are still backing the enemy of our enemy, even if that means supporting Islamic extremists linked to terrorists and our supposed mortal enemy al-Qaeda.
Syria is being torn apart by Western and Saudi backed rebel groups as extreme as any dictator we might be justified in other-throwing.

Even though Saddam Hussein, Col Qaddafi, Mubarak and Assad were or in the case of President Assad, still nasty dictators  The people of their countries were not worrying daily about car bombs or NATO planes blowing their houses to bits. Christians lived alongide Muslims and Sunnis lived alongside Shiites in peace.

They may have had to keep their mouth shut when it came to politics but in the case of Libya they had high standards of living and life expectancy in comparison to their neighbours plus they were doing well economically even if they were not "free" as they now supposedly are.

How free are the thousands of protesters in Tahrir square who are still hoping that their earlier revolution against the western backed Hosni Mubarak is not lost as they fight on against the new democratically elected "pharaoh" Mohamed Morsi.

The head of the Muslim Brotherhood, a Western intelligence linked group, that took power in an election before granting himself dictatorial like powers that liberal minded Egyptians are outraged about.

There has been no slowing down of the torture, imprisonment without trial and police brutality that occurs almost nightly as Tahrir square once again becomes the focus of change versus the establishment. The only difference is that this is now an Islamic establishment and one that I suspect the West has been wanting to be implanted for years.

Why?

Well the long predicted Culture War between Western Judo/Christianity and Islam has been on the cards for a long time. It is in these eyes that we can see that the West is not too bothered about the Middle East becoming an Islamic Caliphate as it will give them the perfect excuse to continue feeding the Military Industrial Complexes pockets before preparing for the next big war with Iran.

From Afghanistan to the United States we have seen tensions between the two religions of "the book". Both offshoots of the first books of the Bible and both linked by history and commonly shared religious beliefs.

As western backed Syrian rebels ransack Christian Churches and Christian ministers burn Korans, the fires that are slowly burning away underneath a groundswell of anti-immigration furor in Europe are gently being stoked until the general population are ready for all out war. The next big war is coming - how bad it will be is up to us.

Apart from the upcoming battles that will thin the herd we have spent the year watching people hand over their privacy as if it was an antiquated concept in return for gadgets, applications and the latest phone or computer tablet.

Google, Amazon, Twitter and the rest of the big Internet companies have already been caught out avoiding paying their fair share of tax by using 1 man offices in tax havens. However the bigger news is their links to the new American Security State Apparatus and how the upcoming generation are being conditioned to accept a world of total surveillance.

We have people selling their private information to these corporations just so that they can watch their own house or car on Google maps or tell the world of Twitter users what they had for breakfast that morning.

In 50 years George Orwell's 1984 nightmare of a state camera in every room of your house will be an old fashioned concept.

We already have surveillance states in the UK and USA where city walls are adorned with CCTV cameras linked to huge city sized databases and the TRAPWIRE system that uses facial recognition technology to link up with other super computers and store, analyse and log every "person of interests" move for the new 1 million strong - super spies that already have top level security clearance in the USA.
Amerika is no longer a fear but a reality.

The NDAA allows the President to lock up Americans for eternity without trial on his say so alone. If he wanted to he could even have you killed as he has already shown with the assassination of American born Anwar al-Awlaki in Yemen by a done strike.

You know onne of those deadly accurate drone strikes that treat every male over the age of 8 as enemy combatants (unless proven otherwise) and kill 49 innocent civilians for every "terrorist".
This is only an extension of the emergency act implemented after 9.11 and still exist to this day - something most American's know nothing about and literally give the President the power to do what he wants to defend the country.

Whether that means grope or virtual strip machines at airports, bombing Afghan and Pakistani weddings or just starting wars without the consent of Congress as he did in Libya. He has more powers than previous Presidents and all because of the events of 9.11 and the endless war on terror we are still feeling the effects of 11 years on.

A case can be made that the right wing in America have it totally wrong when they call Obama a communist but in reality he is more of a dictator who has continued the George W Bush's policy of  stripping American citizens of their liberties with laws like the PATRIOT ACT and he has taken them a whole mile further down the road to dictatorship with laws like the NDAA.

The only socialism on show at the moment is the one in which banksters take hard earned tax dollars from the public as state handouts to be used to make even more money in the rigged game that is Wall St through front running and high frequency trading.

As Europe teeters on the brink of self-collapse and America countries printing it's way to self destruction the BRIC countries are growing in strength.

China is collecting gold bars at the same rate their slave workers throw themselves off the US corporation balconies that were offshored. Workers working for companies that make their goods overseas, pay hardly any tax and care not a jot for the quality of life that the makers of their products have to endure.

So when you next open your iPhone to send a Tweet about how your Facebook profile has been updated just remember that some poor soul in China has worked 18 hour days for a pittance just so that you can throw your privacy away to companies that are in cahoots with America's new global surveillance society and that your email, contact info and other personal information is just another commodity to be sold and re-sold by these companies.

Just don't scratch your head when your inbox fills up with spam or every web page you seem to visit seems to show adverts targeted especially for you.

What can we hope for 2013 then?

Well the end of the world isn't being booked for this year as the Mayans don't have anything planned so far.

Therefore if the world does end it will be of our own making. We are already being cajoled into believing Iran is on the brink of nuking us all despite any evidence from the IAEA and it is only Israeli pressure on the US congressmen they own and the blackmail they have probably collated on the President that will force any pointless war.

It might be all the assassinations and military base attacks by US/Israeli backed terrorist groups (or freedom fighters in this case) that has changed Iran's mind.

Or it might be the first cyber warfare weapon STUXNET that changed it by almost destroying their nuclear program through multiple zero day exploits only a nation state would have the manpower and knowledge to use.

Or it might just be the fact that Iran wasn't making a bomb in the first place - it is un-Islamic after all.

On the one hand Iran is called a fanatical Islamic state but when it comes to the part of Islam that says nuclear weaponry is against God's will then that seems to get overlooked.

However what cannot be overlooked is the total hypocrisy of an apartheid state like Israela country that unlike Iran isn't a member of the Nuclear Non Proliferation Agency but still has 200+ nuclear bombs calling Iran a threat for "maybe" thinking about building one without proof.

This is after all a country that only recently assassinated the Hamas military commander who had brokered a cease fire that stopped Hamas firing rockets into Israel and then sat back as Hamas fell into their trap firing hundreds of firecracker rockets into Israel.

Some of these were long range ones that got lucky almost reaching Tel Aviv, others were not so lucky and almost hit their fellow Palestinians in the West Bank.

However this battle was once again one sided and whilst the world waited for Israel to once again enter Gaza and massacre over  a thousand innocent people as they did in Operation Cast Lead they instead blew up children playing football and attacked journalists from the air in a short but powerful onslaught that stopped short before any Israeli troops entered Gaza city.

Therefore if we are to see the next year out without another middle eastern war it is only going to be if someone reigns in the Likud war party and brokers some kind of peace deal in the Middle East.

This bleeding sore on the face of the world has been leaking for too long and the longer it goes on the more chance there is of a catastrophe occurring.

The more Middle Eastern states that turn from their ex Western backed dictators  to new Islamic governments the more chance we have of the perfect trigger to start the culture war that ne-cons and ex cold war warriors have been planning for decades.

9.11 did the job of getting America fighting Muslims on Israels terms, and with their dumbed down public they don't even realise that 92% of Afghans have never even heard of this event they are supposed to be fighting America for. Instead it's sold to American's that it's all because they "hate our freedoms" of course!

Nothing to do with the army bases in their holy lands or their biased one sided support for Israel - no it was American freedom they hated.

The sad thing is a mud hut dwelling Afghan probably has more freedom than any American ever had.

They certainly don't have to worry about CCTV or TSA gropers it's only drones blowing up their weddings and soldiers going on killing sprees for fun that they have to deal with on a daily basis.

Add to that pertinent point that America has thrown away most of their freedoms anyway and the people the US are fighting in the Stan are just Taliban/civilians who see the US/UK soldiers as just another group of invaders they have been putting up with for centuries. It  seems that they don't actually have much left to do to "win the war" by defeating all that American freedom they hate so much.

Plus seeing that there is hardly any "real" al-Qaeda in Afghanistan anymore.

The rest of them are being funded and backed by the US/UK axis of war in Syria doing their next de-stabilisation job after we already supported them in Libya. It looks like the world is on it's head and needs a dose of reality shoved down it's throat.

That doesn't look like it's going to happen anytime soon.

Therefore if we end 2013 without another war we will have done well indeed and I reckon that is the best we can hope for!
